Also to mention, GraceAnne has really pushed me to the edge. Consider her a drill instructor who will push the envelope while making sure you aren't going completely overboard. Although it was a slow and steady rehab, I'm glad to say I'm back to doing what I was doing. Phil as well as Jackie really know what they're talking about and really took his time as they analyzed what was wrong. They've helped me gain strength in the places where I was lacking and this has got me to fix my form and work on other muscles I didn't know I was able to use.
