I unfortunately already paid this company but I am extremely unhappy with their ability to inform me as to what to expect during this process.I was not informed at all that there would be constant requests for check stubs and bank statements. I informed them several times I would not be going BK on a cpl accounts. Not once did they tell me after filing, making payments to those accounts would be difficult. So at that point I expressed my disappointment with the lack of a heads up......Those accounts told me I had to get a reaffirmation agreement, which their office told me would not happen in California that's only for other states. Then a cpl weeks later I receive paperwork for a reaffirmation agreement which is now an extra fee that they didn't inform me could or would happen at the time I ASKED!!! about a reaffirmation agreement.... So I find this law office extremely unprofessional. Regardless of her 29ys of experience. I find this lack of upfront information on what to expect or POSSIBLY expect to be dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional and just not good business practice.... I personally wouldn't recommend this office thanks to the receptionist Blanca Rodriguez. I was calling their office to ask a question about how to go about a case that they were working on. I didn't hire them but their client advice me to please give them a call so they could make the proper adjustments she was completely rude making it seem she wasn't working for me which I completely was aware of but it was her client that directed me to them. She wasn't professional and gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced when I was completely polite because I only had a question I obviously don't know much about law that's why I called. With their guidance and great advice, we made it through a 5 year plan. From the very beginning, they told us this will not be easy. You have to make all of the payments to the trustee on time. And pay any tax returns in full to the trustee. I understand anyone considering going through bankruptcy that it is a tremendous decision. The most important thing the firm helped us through the bankruptcy and we got release. I wish the lawyers told us that even if we missed some of our creditors, we would've been clear of debt. We learned it too late after we paid one of our creditors debt that we missed. (we didn't but the lawyer missed it and we missed while checking the application for filing). I also wish the lawyers would explain better about estimates on the boat and trailer we have. It was unnecessary delay. Otherwise, everything worked great and we're happy with the results.
