I could have put down a payment on the car with how much money I've lost to both the demonic landlords I've had and the numerous cleaning companies who have ALL had to come twice because their work was not satisfactory. R&M literally went above and beyond what they had listed in their services and the scariest thing? I've never entertained the thought of wasting money on monthly house cleanings, at least not while I still have use of all four limbs, but these people may have just been able to change my stingy mind. Our apartment was a mess. The last few months I lived there, the A/C was constantly leaking and the filters weren't working properly - so not only was it raining more indoors than it was out during the AZ monsoon season but there was constantly dust everywhere.Grey clouds and dust bunnies galore. I also have two large dogs who shed like crazy and a boyfriend who was just ... is a man, so make that 3 animals. It was a total nightmare. I ordered R&M through Amazon House Services for a deep cleaning when I was moving out and while there were other companies who had lower prices, their reviews were abysmal and R&M had a 100% rating so I decided to invest in these guys. They came on time and no matter how many questions or mini requests I had - they were up for it. 2 hours later, I wasn't able to come home on time from work to see their work and I was so afraid that I was going to have to go through the process of arguing on the phone with them to come back and do a second cleaning. The moment I walked through those doors though, I felt something I've never felt before ... satisfaction. Now, I don't mean any kind of satisfaction. This is the rare kind. The kind when your mom comes over to your place and can't help but sneer at your personal life decisions, comment on your unproductive hobbies, and ask why you haven't married a doctor yet ... but the apartment? Silence. She can't say a single damn thing about it because for once, it's so clean that she can't pick on anything. THAT kind of satisfaction. It's like gold to my ears and I just want to share that same feeling with everyone else here on Yelp. Hire these people, you won't regret it.

Initially I had reached out via phone and left two messages. No response. I should have known…read moresomething was up then. Reached out via social media. Was told there must be something wrong with the phone. Office staff called later and set up an appointment. Then got a text message with a different day for the appointment. Another red flag? Got that cleared up. Was back to the appointment day on the phone. Day arrived. No one shows. No call. Another red flag? Reach out via text and social media. Told owner is at another location but should be done soon. Back and forth with no update for about an hour. Then told the other job has issues and asked if they could delay another hour. Decided against that. Then heard that owner was short staffed and over worked. I do understand that finding folks willing to work consistently can be an issue. Perhaps they have grown too large. This job was for tree work. Had plans for using them for landscaping needs as well as other projects. Do not feel comfortable working with them now. I do not think I would have heard anything from them about delay had I not reached out. Hard for me to trust someone who can't show up for a scheduled time and does not contact customer to let them know of delay. Hope to find someone who can show up. Apologies after the fact sound like hollow excuses to me. I may have an old fashioned sense that does not fit these days.
