Yesterday, Brian and his team arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day without even taking a lunch break, in order to get as much work completed in my yard as they possibly could. They were fast, efficient, thorough and extremely safety conscious while working to ensure that they did everything I had requested of them. The team could not have been more polite and accommodating. Brian and Preston even stayed late to finish and make sure the yard was cleaned up before they left. They went way above and beyond what was expected. The price that I was quoted was more than reasonable and incredibly fair. I would have considered them if they ever provided a quote, but they never did, even after calling them several times. I found someone else that did provide a reasonable quote, and 2 other companies never called me back. I would have only given them 1 star, but they did provide some good advice, just no follow through. I just don't get it with some of these tree service companies.
