I shared all of this information on my first (and last) visit to Riverflow. I came in by way of the great Groupon deal and couldn't wait to get started. The woman who guided the session I attended was, in my opinion, forceful, not cognisant of my restrictions, and quite frankly, irritating. Mind you, there were only four people total in this class. Yoga is a personal experience and Yogi's are meant to guide, not dictate(/bully). If you're looking for Yoga for your body AND mind, I do not suggest Riverflow.
