If you haven't had a facial by Chelsea F. Run and BOOK IT NOW. I've had the same problem blemish area for months nothing crazy but reacquiring. In addition to the ambience, the amazing products and the overall service she was able to quickly ask questions that determined sleeping on one side and with the pillowcase I use was contributing to the reoccurring blemishes, and after a customized facial and buying a silk pillowcase at nurture, I am blemish free!!! read more

We tried to celebrated a birthday with a group of friends on a beautiful day. Unfortunately, the staff rudely admonished the group for enjoying some Proseco (which they had to bring themselves). The staff actually confiscated the bottle as if the women were children. Poor form - a simple, courteous explanation of policy would have sufficed. With that said, other spas offer complimentary drinks, especially when a party of five is waiting for each other's services to be done over the span of 2 hours. The staff was non apologetic, as if they were the only spa in town. Sorry, I wish I had a better review but honesty is best. read more

Teresita was absolutely amazing! I suffer from some sciatica pain and I was thrilled with how well I felt after my massage with her! The spa setting is serene and lovely, and I even used the sauna and took a shower after my massage. They have all of the amenities needed! The front desk staff were extremely kind and friendly. To have the best spa experience you should have three things: a great masseuse, a peaceful ambiance and lots of wine! Ok, I guess the last one is optional, but if you are in New Hope, odds are you have already had your tasting of good wine and now you are ready for a good rub down. I came here for a friend's birthday spa party (they will give you a room to bring food, drinks, and just relax before and after treatments) and it was a beautiful afternoon. First, the staff there is incredibly friendly, funny and just overall oozing customer service. And the space, holy moly, each floor gets more and more beautiful! The changing/massage area is filled with beautiful scents, free toiletries, a steam bath, and so much more. As for treatments our entire party was very pleased with what they had done. I can only speak for the citrus glow scrub - which was incredible! My skin was glowing and soft like a newborn's! The whole treatment took about 45 minutes and included locked in moisturizer, I was very pleased with the treatment and look forward to getting it done before summer next year! A few tips before coming: there is FREE parking in Logan Inn across the street if you are coming (we did not know), they also have a store front with cute items to purchase to be prepared to drop some additional cash, and if you have a spa party it is $15 surcharge per person. If you can afford to treat yourself to a lovely spa day, I highly recommend Nuture Spa for the beautiful setting (they have an upstairs terrace that is gorgeous for sunny days) and have fun getting your relaxation on. read more

This was by far a true luxury experience! The spa itself has shopping on every level, the rooms were all spotless and gorgeously designed. Booked a couples massage for my husband and I as a way to celebrate the New Year. We had Olivia and Kim who were both fabulous. The steam shower, if you're interested in trying it, needs to be turned on (press the power button) then you have to wait several minutes for the steam to actually appear. I suggest turning the shower on, THEN go get undressed, get a robe on, etc and by the time you're done the steam should just be starting to show. It's a very nice experience once you're in there. There were some repair people in the waiting area which (somewhat) affected the spa like ambiance. Once the massage started though, it was perfection. We opted for the longer massage time and it was well worth the extra cost and time! Would definitely return!!! read more

I have been here once before, pre covid, so I was excited about the idea of coming back after so long. I am not local, so I had dates already planned and called over 2 weeks in advance to make a reservation. I asked for the availability of both days I would be there, and the woman who answered was extremely cold and short. She just shut me down without consulting the schedule, saying they were completely booked. She also didn't offer the option of a wait list, or other options. It was just a really horrible experience, and that's sad since the spa itself is great. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Amazing Spa!!! First off I want to make it clear that I never been to a spa or have had a massages before so leading up to this I was very excited. When you enter the building you walk right into the gift shop and you can browse around while you wait for your appointment or take a seat in their beautiful relaxation room. For my visit I had a couples hot stone massage and it was blissful! When the massage was over I felt so good and relaxed. I had to take a break and grab lunch after because I was not in a state to drive back home so relaxed lol. For my visit we had Olivia and Teresita both did an amazing job. We were staying at the Logan Inn and clciked the spa from their website. It was across the street, a new facility that looked really nice so we booked a couples massage for the next day. The two therapists we got (Rhonda Ragona and Lisa Brown) were two of the best we have encountered over many spas on our vacations. They were very responsive and gave the perfect amount of pressure throughout. They seemed to be in tune with us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hour sessions. So, I did go back - and got pampered before my wedding! My mom's health is not that great, and depending on the day and how she is feeling - she may not want strangers touching her so my sisters and I were conflicted in putting a reservation in for her as well for a mani and pedi given we may have to cancel her if she was not up to it that day. We decided to book it, and just pay for the service if we couldn't cancel her. The day came, and seeing as my mom was a bit shaky, I decided to call and explain the situation with my mom. The gentleman who answered said it wouldn't be a problem at all and if she was unable to get the service done, we'd figure it out and my mom was welcome to come either way. We felt so relieved, so off we went...my twin sister, younger sister, mom, and myself - manicures and pedicures on the books for us. Same as last time, the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone welcomed up so warmly and set the tone for a great morning. I had requested Kimberly, and was so glad she was able to give my toes some love before my big day. My twin sister and youngest sister said it was the best mani pedi they've ever gotten. My mom, wound up not getting services, but given the circumstance, they allowed her to stay in the mani pedi room to be with us the entire time. I was holding back tears, everyone was just so kind to my mother and understanding of the situation - all while still making me feel so special before my big day. I cannot wait to go see them at their new location - if only this snow would stop so I can get a pedicure for the warmer months! Very relaxed atmosphere, nice locker rooms if you prefer to shower afterward and plenty of relaxing nooks to sit in and chill after your massage. But after not being out for 9 months, 6 of us met up for a day of relaxation that we ruined by a masseuse that got political and no management on site. Owner did not address for a week until I sent an email and left issue unresolved when asked what was said, I asked her what she was told and information was incorrect. The wife and I came for the first time for a couples massage during a mid-week getaway. From the second you walk through the door at Nurture Spa, we could see that this was going to be a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from the ambiance to the decor, and soothing music. Upon entering, we were greeted by the very friendly lady at the front desk. She led us down to the lounge area, which also had access to the men's and women's changing rooms. The changing rooms were beautifully appointed and had everything one would need to enjoy a day at the spa; from robes, slippers, and grooming essentials. There was also a nice steam shower for post-massage. Our massage therapists, Cheryl (me) and Tricia (wife) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Cheryl gave the best deep tissue massage I ever had. She was able to get some of the really bad knots out of my neck and back. As Cheryl proceeded, she always checked to make sure the pressure wasn't too much. I left feeling so much looser and relaxed. Tricia was kind, professional, and was very attentive to my wife's issues with pressure. She was able to address some of the nagging aches and pains my wife has had, and she left feeling so much looser and relaxed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover Nuture Spa sooner. If you are looking for the complete spa experience with well trained and attentive massage therapists, then this is the place for you. I can not begin to describe how fabulous this place is. I was incredibly lucky to receive a VERY generous gift card for this spa. I came here twice using the card and received 2 facials, a pre-natal massage, a pedicure, and a few eyebrow waxes. Of course everyone feels wonderful after spending time at the spa but this place is different. The time and care they put into your experience is unmatched. I can't remember the name of the woman who gave me my massage but both of my facials and all of my eyebrow waxes were with Gwen aka a Angel from heaven! My first facial with her was done 2 weeks before my wedding and she knew exactly what to do. I truly never had skin so perfect as I did in the days leading up to my wedding. The second one was during pregnancy which made my skin extremely problematic. Again, she worked her magic and put my skin on the road to recovery. Also, my eyebrows are PERFECT after she gets her hands on them. I only wish I lived closer. I would be here every week. If you are looking to pamper yourself, this is the spot. Professionally run, the service and massage were good - masseuse paying attention to the areas you list on your intake form. The salt cave is an interesting touch. If anything a relaxing place to recover for 45 minutes. Men's locker room has one bathroom, one shower. About 20 lockers. Plenty of towels, combs, razors, shower slippers, robes. We love the new location. Building is beautiful. The retail products and clothing they sell seem expensive to me but I don't go there for that! Massage therapists are wonderful. The lady working the front desk was very snooty. She charged me $50 (initially said it was $30)for a pedicure that wasn't anything spectacular. For $50, I expected an "intense" foot/leg massage. I didn't get it. Nurture doesn't have a large polish selection either. My massage was nothing special. It felt like someone was scratching my back for an hour. Entering NURTURE SPA is like taking a small vacation. The decor is lovely and the atmosphere instantly relaxing. I mostly go for pedicures, which are delightful (without any of the awful, loud foot baths you find at other pedicure places) ---- every pedicurist I have had has been great; it is hard to name a favorite.
