Not a review of their work, but rather of their employees. I was on the parkway west and was passing one of their dump trucks which was pulling a trailer loaded with a ventrac tractor. When I was beside the truck the operator pulled into my lane forcing me on to the berm and causing me to emergency brake to keep the trailer from hitting me. Blowing my horn as he pulled into my lane and cut me off did nothing, he continued as if I weren't there. I realize people make mistakes but when I drove back around him he looked at me like I was the problem. I have a photo of him if anyone at the company cares, but according to the other recent reviews the company has other problems that they should be worried about. I hired Treesdale to restack some custom built stone walls that were bowing over time. Zack, the estimator, agreed to build them back exactly as they were initially built using all of the hand cut sandstone. Before they arrived I power washed the stone and prepped the area for them as he suggested. On the install day three men (none spoke English) showed up and started to tear down the wall. I asked them (through a translation app) if they were numbering the stones so they could replace them properly. They said no and that their supervisor would be on site later. 30 minutes later he showed up and said; "we will do the best we can but can't put it back exactly as promised by Zack". This is a custom cut/built wall in a dry stacked Irish pattern and they refused to do the project as we agreed and as it was detailed in the estimate. I called Zack and he said he screwed up the estimate and that they were going to leave the job because they would lose money if they continued. They quickly rebuilt what they dismantled (with me doing most of the work) and drove away. These guys are not qualified to do anything more than mulching at best. Do not hire them or you will be very disappointed! The only reason they get one star is because they returned my deposit the next day without incident. read more

Bad experience with Treesdale Landscape company ! Unfortunately TED, the owner lies to the customer...He did not show up for the appointment with me as he KNEW his company had done a BAD job and MIKE S. (PM) did not fix the issue and there is no proven sprinkler or natural spring issue !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .... they charge a lot of money and make lame excuses on why they could not fix the problem to HIDE their incompetence !! Based on my experience working with Treesdale Landscaping company, I feel they are not reliable and cannot be trusted. They did a poor job on my backyard and I regret choosing them for the work. On April 16, 2020 , I paid nearly $2500 for a french drain dry well and mound to resolve water drainage issue in my backyard and in return they dug a 2 foot trench and put limestone in it and created a mound. This solution did not work and in fact made my yard worse, cause when it rained after their work, there was water stagnant in my backyard. I called Mike S. repeatedly to come and fix the issue and he made another proposal charging me $1500 to fix the original problem !! He gave me a print-out of the proposal and told me that the work will be scheduled before Memorial day weekend...I agreed...but nobody from their company showed up...I called & emailed the GM but no response and even called the owner and he did not come on the scheduled appointment date to look at the issue ! I have given up hope on this company. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself from the heartache and anxiety I had to face. Learn from my mistake... We saved up for years to finally be able to afford to have our dream patio area in our backyard. We started with another company that was bought by Treesdale at the beginning of our project, but we decided to move forward with Treesdale, since we had already come so far in the planning process. What a mistake that turned out to be. Our patio does look beautiful; I will say that as a positive. However, there are so many problems that we're still paying to have corrected. Some of the bigger issues include: 1) They charged us $1,500 to dig and install a conduit so that we could run wire from our home to our shed; but they never bothered to test the conduit to ensure a wire could pass though. It couldn't, which meant my husband had to re-dig our entire yard and we had to pay someone to work around the wall that Treesdale installed. Treesdale argued that the conduit was installed to code, with sand, and clearly marked with tape. When we dug it up that was not the case. 2) They did not grade the yard properly when they installed steps leading to the yard, so every time it rains, we have a muddy waterfall down the stairs, leading to the house. 3) They installed a drain but didn't grade that area there properly so it clogs and we have a muddy flood even with a small rain shower. We have to power wash the patio weekly as a result. Treesdale's proposed solution to us for this was to "plant more grass." (we did this, and still have a swamp each time it rains!) 4) Some of the veneer stone they installed has fallen off, and did so soon after job completion. 5) One of the trees they planted for us was partially dead almost immediately. 6) One of the low voltage / USB outlets they installed as part of the patio wall doesn't work, and never has. There are so many landscaping companies to choose from. I urge you not to choose Treesdale. read more

It was a very poor experience dealing with The Treesdale Landscape Company. I had a contract for work to be completed within a specific time frame that spanned a 4-week window. However, every time I requested a status I was either ignored or told that my job was not yet scheduled. My job was not completed by the contract date and no one communicated with me why or even if my job was yet on the schedule. When I complained about the poor communication I received the below reply from the President of the company. In my opinion it was a very disingenuous and snarky reply that even threatens legal action. In my opinion this company will say what they need to get business but really does not care about meeting a client's needs. "Joe - Sorry for your experience at Treesdale Landscape Company. Hopefully you found someone to do your mulch. 1. Mike is a very busy guy, He runs multiple 100K jobs that are going on now, He had 7 estimates at potential customers yesterday for other very large jobs. So I am sorry he didn't get back to you in the timely manor you would like but typically estimate take 3-4 weeks and drawling take 4-6 weeks. He thought he could get yours done fast because it was so small. 2. I appreciate your business but we are so booked we are currently booking jobs in July, Mike thought we could squeeze you in because your job is so small. We do over 70k in sales a day so Mike thought we could do your at the end of a day because it would take up 15 mins. I was the one who said we cant. And that you should go at the end of the list like everyone else. This is why Mike said we can do it this week. 3. Once again sorry for your experience with Treesdale Landscape, Good luck with your hunt for another company.
