Alicia Meyer at Trinity Tax Solutions is amazing. I have been working with her for years and are beyond impressed. We have extremely complicated tax situation and she's always done an EXCELLENT job at helping us get organized and submitted. She's very responsive in messaging and submitting our taxes when we get her the documentation. We meet with her quarterly for tax strategy advice and she always has great ideas on what we can do to minimize the taxes we're paying each year. On top of that she's patient with our laundry list of questions, she's knowledgeable and super supportive in helping us manage taxes to achieve our financial goals. I'm not sure I can even articulate how awful my experience was with this tax company. They are definitely not a solution. If you are looking for someone to drop the ball, ignore your emails, forget to reconcile your books, file your taxes without finish reconciling (Even though you paid them to) your books, go on vacation before filing your taxes, even though they were late, and scenarios like this then this is the company for you. All of this, and More was my experience in the one year we Had the misfortune of using this company. I've been waiting a month to hear back about why I was told all of my tax stuff was submitted, and the city St. Louis taxes were never paid or sent in.... Even after I specifically asked if there was anything I needed to do or pay... Once I found out the city never received theirs I asked her for a copy and she sent it to me and again never mentioned that I should have signed and sent in a payment Did she offer us solution for dropping the ball... I actually am still waiting to hear if she offers to pay any penalties before having to seek legal advice and contact her insurance company. I will update my review. Or if there's any solution to the incredible mishandling of things, I will definitely update because I do want to give credit if it's deserved. read more
