After contacting Mark I found he was exactly what several friends of mine (all attorneys, but none of them tax attorneys) told me I should look for in an attorney; someone young enough to still be motivated (not some old stodgy guy in a wrinkled suit, coasting into retirement), yet experienced (preferably with IRS or DOJ experience), and someone not a part of a 'big name' firm (read:outrageously expensive.)
