This lawyer is unprofessional, I went to the one on Rosemead and the guy name lam took my case. I keep calling him for follow up my case but he never pick up client phone. He msm me to told me bring the car to body shop, and over 44 days he not even calling anybody to inspect my car it's really piss off, then I decide change another lawyer, after that the lawyer told me that this guy name "LAM" not even help me call my insurance to report the case, I have full cover I supposed to get my car fix asap, then the body shop said they will charged me for the parking fee over $2000 for it. I'm not sure if this place is just a joke or actually othe set of Breaking Bad. This "attorney" reminds me of Saul Goodman lol. Once you walk in, you'll note that lobby looks like it was furnished by an interior decorater at flea market with all the random mismatched furniture, golf cart & clubs, dying plants, prehistoric magazines. Did I mention a golf cart? I paid for a 15 min consultation and met with the "paralegal" who had no idea what she was talking about. We never met the attorney but we were charged for "law advice" from an uncertified office assistant. Of the times we were able to meet with this clown of a lawyer, he would be distracted by his cell phone and answer to talk to other clients about personal information in their cases. In front of me. Like I was suddenly invisible and deaf? Also, why does he sit outside the entrance smoking shit and yelling on his phone...? I might as well have hired a homeless guy. Would probably do more than half what Tu did for me and they'd both smell the same. From the other reviews here and my own personal experience, he seems like the run-of-the-mill lawyers that takes on more cases than he can handle. I've been waiting for others to review this attorney(s) and its offices because I thought it was only me and didn't want the attorney and all of its staff cursing at me. In addition, after seeing so much commercials advertising them, I felt compelled to finally post my review. I don't recommend this attorney and its offices to anybody. Very unprofessional, rude, and/or will take your money and hide from you (if they win with a large settlement and/or if your case is difficult and can't help them with lots of money). Either way, they rescind the agreed upon settlement percentage with you and force you to sign the new/lesser settlement agreement. They let my case sit so long that it went into credit liens - making us do so much leg work for them to finally complete our case. When I tried to stand up for myself and make my concerns about their treatment of me and my case, every staff member glared at me meanly and rudely and made very demeaning comments towards me, cursed/cussed me out/off, and made most of the same comments to me as they made comments to a reviewer... "losing to us over and over again, we were afraid that you may have committed suicide and that we would never hear from you again. But here you are. Still alive. And still using someone else's identity. Always predictable. Einstein was right about insanity. But you do disappoint. After accusing us of... stealing from the elderly the best that you can do? Really? What is your next accusation? Stealing candy from babies? Here is a thought. Try and get a real job. Not an imagined job. I'm pretty surprised by the other reviews, the Tu Firm exceeded my expectations in a variety of ways: The team's outreach and expertise on my case seemed just as good as my only other case, and I was pleased with the outcome on that one as well. I brought my criminal case to them and they walked me step by step through each legal decision, court date, document, etc. Everything was clearly explained and they were fairly quick to answer my questions. The lawyer was pretty blunt about what he could achieve in my case and more than delivered on his claims so I really have no complaints. Dealing with lawyers is never a pleasure per se, but I'm totally happy with services rendered.
