I do not recommend. They refinished a vanity for us that looked pretty good. They refinished a shower for my mother-in-law that started peeling in 5 months. We are started calling a month later. They answered her first call and said asked if she would call back in an hour. She did several times and they would not answer the phone. I called from a different number. They scheduled someone to come out and no one showed up. I called again and rescheduled and no one came out. Now, they aren't answering my calls. Do not risk your money on this company. read more

Tub Pros refinished a bathroom sink for me in September 2023. In April 2024 the new finish material started coming off and needs repair. For over a year I contacted Tub Pros by messages on their web site, leaving voice messages by phone, and sending text messages. I never received any reply from Tub Pros. Finally, in May 2025 someone answered the phone when I called. We scheduled a service call for May 15th 2025.. No one came or called. I called that morning and was told the technician had a flat tire and would be late. No one ever came. No one called me as a follow up. I am very disappointed in their service and cannot recommend The Tub Pros. read more

Giving one star because there's no way to leave minus. Our house was built in 1979. We had a tub enclosure, shower enclosure, and two vanity tops with sinks done by this company. The vanity tops and sinks looked pretty bad right from the start, but nothing wrong, just didn't look good. The shower stall is another matter. After it was used one time the finish started coming off the bottom tile, the the shower walls. We called Tubpros, and after a time they came back and redid the shower floor. After waiting 3 days to use it, we used it again and the finish started coming off again. They say they guarantee their work for 6 years, and keep coming back. This doesn't matter when you can't even use the showers, etc., more than once. Now the Jacuzzi tub jets are starting to peel, and I have noticed little nicks in the sinks. Another thing they don tell you on the front end: You can't use anything with bleach on the baths! We didn't but it does not matter. It looks disgusting, so we have a company coming tomorrow morning to tear out all the tile in the shower stall and replace it. This an expense we are incurring ourselves. Maybe some surfaces work with this procedure, but be sure and ask before you sign on with them. The pictures I attached look like dirty tile...not so. Hats off to the crew at The Tub Pros. We did a complete bathroom remodel and decided to refinish the tub instead of replacing it. Tub was resurfaced in about half-a-day and ready to use the next morning. No mess left behind. The only issue I had was that there were some rough spots that they came back and touched up with a quick wet-sand process. Entire team was very professional. Much, much cheaper than replacing a tub. Looks like brand new. Will use them again to resurface another tub when we remodel our downstairs bathroom in a couple of years. read more
