The workers were all very professional and warm, on schedule, and did a solid B+/A- job of cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Clear out was also fine. However, one side of a sliding pocket door was knocked off its hanging rail by the cleaners (it's never had an issue in 30+ years). I think they may have opened it too far when sliding open. When I noticed it before they left, they acknowledged it happened. Later, following up through our realtor, Relax & Co refused to accept responsibility or to fix it. Relax & Co never reached out to me directly to try to remedy the problem. If you break something while working on my property, that should be your responsibility to fix. Their workers were fine, but I would not trust this company at the management level to hire them again.

Seth does not fulfill these expectations in the least. I have been represented by multiple real estate agents and I can honestly say that Seth does the bare minimum. Most recently, I hired him to sell my house and ran into all kinds of issues. The house was under contract to him for 5 months and he never bothered to get a key to the house or put a lockbox on the door. His office is only 2 miles from my residence. I would have to leave my house unlocked the whole while I was at work in order to facilitate showings. Seth gave me little to no notice of when showings were going to occur. One of my showings occurred on 20 minutes notice and I had to rush back to my house on my day off to make this happen on time. This brings up another point. Seth never attended any of the showings on my house. I'm pretty sure that's part of selling a property. He relied on realtors representing potential buyers. For this reason, he was unable to give me any information about any potential interest in buying my property after showings has occurred. Seth is not a people person. His communication skills are extremely poor. It is normal for him to answer your calls back with emails. However he will expect immediate responses to his emails and get agitated if you don't facilitate this. Having Seth sell my house was complete nightmare. It literally seemed like all he cared about was making commission on it. There are many other reputable real estate agents in the area. There is not reason to be represented by Seth Warren.
