I will say that communicating with them was tough throughout the planning process - the email system doesn't work and emails are not responded. So you have to call them to communicate. I was VERY nervous leading to the party, given other reviews of the team not showing up etc. - but this is all given the system. If you communicate by phone its all good. Don't be discouraged by these reviews or unanswered emails - the party was ABSOLUTELY fantastic and would highly recommend them.
