We had our sons 4th birthday party here and he and his guests had a blast. It was a party of about 40 people, half kids half adults. The staff was very attentive, flexible and kept the party going. The nerf zone was a surprise hit and I think the dads had more fun than the kids. The arcade was the perfect size for the group that we had and with plenty of classics from my childhood. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a small/med gathering with kids and adults alike that want to have some fun. There is also a designated parking area so that you don't have to park on the street. Cons- the area outside of the venue was a little sketchy with vagabonds roaming around but the staff was very aware and kept it under control. You can help it, it's downtown Stockton.

I spoke with Sarb, and he was very helpful. He told me they still had availability for our event, which was a relief. What impressed me the most was that they offered us time to set up before the event started. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready, making it easy to get everything organized. Since we were working with kids, we didn't use the throwing axe area, but we did enjoy some exciting laser tag. you could bring your own water and cake or cupcakes, but you needed to buy your food from them. They used Mountain Mike's pizza for food orders, which was located off Robinhood. There was a bit of confusion among the workers because some understood the rules differently than others. However, I decided to stay patient and ask questions until I got clear answers. After discussing it, everything worked out well for me. My food arrived exactly on time, just like I had requested. The laser tag room was amazing! It had two stories and was really well put together. Honestly, I can't explain how fun it was--you just have to see it for yourself! The kids had a blast playing there, and believe me, it's definitely a workout! They got to play four different games, so there was always something new to try. When you first arrive, you need to sign some waivers and set up your account. They take a picture of you, which goes up on a big screen at the end of your game, showing your score. Everyone was excited to see who had the most points! The atmosphere was lively, and everyone was laughing and cheering. It was a great way to spend the day, and I can't wait to go back again. If you're looking for fun and excitement, this place is a must-visit!

I know the world is pricey today but just seemed a little high to me.. my daughter who is 4 immediately was upset because the sounds were too loud and ended up not playing at all but we weren't able to get refunded and were told this from the beginning but we decided to give it a go.. oh well lol Like I said the staff was very nice to me and my kids but I really don't see us going back again.. maybe for a birthday party if it's worth it..

I asked for pizzas to be put in and ready around 5:45. It wasn't until 6:15 that I received my pizzas. I ordered an extra pizza and it was delivered to the other party and wasn't caught until I asked our attendant. 2. All of the attractions were closed with the exception of the go karts and the 3-D theater. We had the 6 attractions included in our party package. When I spoke to the lead regarding my frustrations she claimed that all attractions were open earlier in the day. It doesn't help when you have a party later in the day. My party went out to the boats and there was no attendant. When asked about the bumper cars, we were told they do not work and there was no staff to help with that attraction. It would have been nice to know that the attractions were going to be closed 3.The lead refused to give me her name when asked and was very rude towards me. 4. The floor and the back counter were disgusting when we arrived for a party. There was frosting all on the counter. Our attendant was nice and I did not feel out the questionnaire truthfully and regards to cleanliness. She was occupied with the other party which required me to seek her out for refills/wristbands/etc.

My 1 and 3 year old had a great time. Luv 2 play has been on my list for a while but one of my friends told me it wasn't clean when she went a year ago. It seems that they are under new management or in the midst of revamping the place because it was clean, staff was nice, and the structures were in shape. My only complaint would be a bunch of things didn't work or were missing as if they took them out. The place has a bunch of potential and I hope they continue to replace the things that are missing.

I loved how the space is enclosed so you can keep an eye on your kids from anywhere. My son loves going down the slides and climbing up all the soft play areas and I can easily follow him in the big kid play area. I love how you can always spot an employee cleaning too. We usually go on weekdays before school gets out so there's only a handful of people there. Their prices are reasonable, and they even offer different tiers of memberships. I haven't got a chance to try their food but from talking to other parents who have eaten there, they say the food is good. They also offer reasonable birthday party packages and I will most likely be looking into it for my son's second birthday.

Not like I've been to a lot of bowling alleys but here's some of my key takeaways from this place…read moreand how I'm swayed towards giving them a better review than maybe they deserve. 1) they have a summer pass that gets you 2 free games a day, free shoe rental, $5 worth of arcade credits a day and 10-15% off of food and drinks (non alcoholic). I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

I came with my parents and 2 kiddos (5 yo and 1 yo). The breakfast buffet has gotten better and the customer service is noticeably better than we had experienced in the past. The ready to order eggs and omelette are yum. Something for everyone. My baby loves the fruits. Overall resort is clean and feels relatively safe. It's not unusual to see kids wandering around alone and lots of parents around keep watchful eyes out. It's definitely a resort more for the kids, so bring your inner child. The magiquest game is so cheesy, but my kiddo and husband enjoy it. Lots of kids play it, so you'll feel like you're missing out if you don't. We always end up doing more activities than we initially plan, so next time we'll probably look into trying one of the bundle discount passes. Personally my favorite part is that the water park is indoors. You don't have to cross your fingers for good weather and you don't have to wear sunscreen. I mobile order the lunch and eat inside the water park so my kid can stay in her suit swim still soaking wet.

I asked for a Pina Colada. She brought back an island colada. Made with mango. I said that's not a Pina colada. She said its an island colada, that's what everyone gets. I said what if I was allergic to mango. She said, if you are don't drink it. I said I'm not, but what if I was. I told her I would accept the drink since it was already made. I let it go and took a couple of sips and set it down between 2 lawn chairs and went on a slide with the kids. When I came back it was tipped over. I paid almost $30 for this drink. You could see the line on the cup that I had not drank much of it before it spilled. So I went back to tell them that someone spilt it. It was not long after I purchased it. She said unless one of the employees saw what happened, then there was nothing they could do about it. Then I asked for her supervisor. When she came she said they could give me a discount. I asked how much would it cost. I ordered a dbl Pina colada. Then I saw the girl who made the drink tell her she didn't make it a double. She said the discounted price was $35 big ones. That's more than I paid for the first one. I'm not paying $65 for a drink. The wolf lodge makes plenty of money. I wasn't the one who spilled the drink. 8 hope the lifeguards are paying attention to the kids not the drink. I believe the supervisor was named Dez and the bartender was Alexis. It's gotten to the point where I expect bad service, but last night really pushed it over the edge. We came in for my brother's birthday after I got off work late. There were 8 of us total, but only 6 people actually wanted to bowl. Simple enough, right? I asked the employee how many people were allowed per lane, and he said 5. So I explained that we wanted 2 lanes--3 people on each--and that I would pay for one lane while my brother's friend would pay for the other. For some reason, this turned into a whole unnecessary issue. He immediately got argumentative and told me "you can't just get one lane," which made zero sense because we were literally getting two lanes--just splitting the payment between two people. Instead of just processing it like a normal transaction, he was rude, impatient, and acted like I was asking for something completely unreasonable. I genuinely don't understand why it had to be so complicated. We weren't asking for anything special--just to pay separately for two lanes. Isn't that the whole point? Taking money from customers? Between the attitude, the lack of basic customer service, and how unnecessarily difficult they made everything, this place just isn't worth the hassle. There are plenty of other bowling alleys out there that actually treat people with respect. I won't be coming back. Is everyone that works here an ass?
