July birthdays can be tough with the extreme heat, and in the past my guests would complain about other venues being too hot. Not this time! Everyone was so comfortable and happy, and I kept getting compliments on how perfect the hall was. From the very beginning, Cynthia was incredibly kind and attentive during our walk-through. She made sure everything was exactly what I needed. The hall itself is spacious enough that we were able to have: 2 jumpers and outdoor seating Taco catering and even our horse trailer bar outside Face painters and activity tables inside 6 snack carts, a balloon setup, and a photo booth--all with plenty of room to spare! My family and friends were blown away by how much we could fit without feeling crowded. The space truly made the party smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I cannot rave enough about this place--it's seriously a MUST if you're hosting an event. I will definitely be booking here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect venue!

My girlfriend had a dessert stand and there was plenty of room to set up all the fun decorations that come with a backdrop. She even had a taco vendor set up outside so it's nice to know this banquet hall honors outside vendors with the assumption that insurance requirements are met. Parking is very limited for guests and when it fills up (which it will), there is street parking but watch out for posted time limits. Considering how loud we all were, it's safe to say that you can host your next party here without worrying about noise restrictions.

Our event was awesome everyone loved how the hall looked we got so many compliments. This place is a very affordable venue hall holds 150 ppl but can comfortable seat and hold many more. Has a full kitchen w/warming trays, huge fridge, AC, private and street parking, raised stage, draped ceilings, tile floors, bar, another fridge here and ice machine. The only flaw I find is there's 2 single stall restrooms 1 men, 1 women other than that everything was perfect for holding a small event. We really didn't have major restroom issues although I say we ended up with around 200 people at our event. There were times it could be a bit of a line not too bad though. This would not detour me from leasing this hall again and again. You need a deposit to book, they do require 2 security guards and are very open to allowing you to set up a day before if the hall is not booked that day. They also do all kind of rentals you may need for your event at very affordable prices. We ended up renting tables and chairs from them. The owner of this venue also owns the party store across the street so they just bring anything you may want to rent or buy right over. They make balloon garlands at the store too although we ended up doing our own garland. I highly recommend this business all around 5 star service and experience. The only thing I would like to add is the need for a bigger AC unit and/or an additional large electric cooler (they have 1 already). We had our event 7/13/19 and that day was 100 degrees I believe the hall was cool when we got there and then it was just super hot. Which is normal I know with the door constantly being opened and as more people arrive plus the speakers from the DJ and so on. I do feel there is a big need for an upgrade. Hopefully the owner will considered addressing this area because inside the hall got to be pretty unbearable. Other than that this hall is perfect.

Mother Nature had another plan though. On the week of the wedding we found out it was going to pour rain the day of the wedding so our entire plan had to change just days before. I was devastated to say the least. We were so frantic trying to find someone to pipe and drape for us, but the ones we reached out to were either booked or so expensive. Our DJ pointed us in the direction of Events by "E" and I am so glad he did. She went out of her way to make it work for us and at such an amazing price. She was able to completely pipe and drape the entire music hall and transformed it into the most beautiful room I've ever seen. She even hung lights for us in the bar. It was MAGICAL to say the very least. I wanted to bawl my eyes out when I saw it. It was so pretty. I cannot recommend her enough! She had great communication and flexibility. I am so thankful for her!

No biggie, but when play is full, this could be an issue. Had a few after in the bar, and Nina was great. She was attentive, conversive, and kept our experience fun. No need to drive around or worry about parking after watching grown men dramatically suplex each other for our entertainment. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 4/5 for the price. The location was great, the hotel had a nice waterfront setting, and for what we paid, I felt like we got a pretty good deal. However, I have one major complaint: THE ROOM WAS HOTTER THAN HELL'S SUMMER VACATION. The AC was set to 65°F, which I assumed meant the room would eventually become a refreshing little refrigerator. Instead, the room apparently decided it was training for the WWE main event. At one point in the afternoon, the temperature climbed all the way up to 80°F. Eighty. Degrees. Meanwhile, the thermostat was sitting there proudly displaying 65°F like it had personally accomplished something. I began to suspect the air conditioner was less of an appliance and more of a decorative wall ornament. At that point, I was sweating harder than the wrestlers across the street. Aside from the room temperature saga, we had a good stay and enjoyed the convenience of being directly across from the Arena. For the price, I'd stay here again, but next time I'm bringing a thermometer, a portable fan, and possibly a small team of HVAC technicians.
