The guy that opened the door starts calling his employees on the phone freaking out as if the world is ending telling them he needs them to come in to work because he has a long line outside. I was first in line but instead the owner goes ahead and assisted his "Homie" first. He let him in through the back door and started cutting his hair. Then some other low life wanna be cholo with f u c k e n plugs in his ears with a hangover kept burping and was being a drama queen B I T C H I N G over and over that he had a heartburn but on the real he had a HANGOVER. Aww poor little B I A T C H. you all are a ball of low life's. You have no respect for your costumers, you burp loud as F U C K, bump loud Gangster music as if anyone wants to hear that piece of S H I T. By the way one dumbass employee said at the cashier that he forgot the change for the cashier when he charged me $17 for my haircut. As if they did a bomb as job. I've been coming here for the past 5-6 years. I have three boys and I'm always well taken care of. I usually make appointments as I am very particular with my boys haircuts. Leo always recommends the best of the best to me. This last week, I did come in as a walk in because I forgot to make an appointment beforehand. I had a "not so great" experience with the barber who cut my son's hair. I have never met her prior to cutting his hair. The way she cut his hair, we didn't like as it was not blended correctly and when we asked her to fix it she said she would need to charge additional. Which we have never been told before. All of the guys there cut my son's hair know what to do especially if it needs to be fixed. When she fixed it however, it came out way better. but I was still charged the fee. I brought this up with the owner and he assured me that I will be taken care of because he felt like this encounter should have been handled differently. And as promised, I was taken care of. Leo always takes care of my boys when I ask for appointments or when i ask who can cut their hair. He always directs me to the best of the best. 10/10 always recommend Underground. read more

This is by far the best shop in Perris. Yes the wait is long and it can be overwhelming but I schedule an appointment therefore my wait isn't so long. With young guys comes alot of energy and some foul language but not as much as some have previously posted, plz remember this isn't a salon or a library. For some people such as myself I come here to talk about what's going in life, they're not just barbers they're therapist, movie and food critics (lol). So I walked in on Saturday afternoon with my oldest son to get a haircut and the girl rudely told me that they weren't accepting anymore more walkins. It was ok with me but the way she looked at me and responded, I took it offensive. I called in Sunday to make sure she wasn't working so I can take my son once again and give it another try. And I did. I walked in and there was beer cans and bottle caps next to the sign in sheet. It was so disgusting. You can tell they were drinking the night before maybe thats why the lady was being disrespectful. My whole point of this is, DO NOT GO IN HERE! First of, this place has barbers working there that not even have license or at least 1 year of experience. I know because I always here them talking about it. I am a regular client but as of last Sunday, never again will I go back. I have heard the same thing from some of my buddies from work so they all now go to different barbershops. Second, SUNDAYS are the worst time to go. The barbers working that day DO NOT care about service or at least the haircut. They leave me and my sons haircut crooked. I try and be very professional with them but they don't have respect. This place is horrible. I DO NOT recommend it at all. They only take in their "homies". They disappointed me with my sons haircut. One of the ladies barely wanted to cut my sons hair and it came out "ok". Not much detail. So I decided to give them another try on Friday and they declined my service and was told to go back Saturday. So I did and they denied me again. I have been coming to this place for a year now and the experience is the best I have had so far. Adrian is a great guy. He cuts my hair exactly the way I like it. When he's not there, his coworkers will cut my hair, and they also do great jobs. This is the best barber shop in town and have competitive prices. Good guys, young guys and there's nothing wrong with that...they are professional and respectful. The music is awesome. FINALLY my son and husband found a place they can both go and get a haircut. We walked in and got greeted by a nice guy as soon as you walk in next to the register. My husband got a haircut with Adrian i believe and my son with chris. They both did a great job and it was worth our money. We had to call in Advanced to make an appointment and took care of us. They were about 15min late on our appointments but its nothing compared to waiting 2 hours and getting there hair messed up at other barber shops. GREAT WORK GUYS. GO TO YOUR LOCAL BARBERSHOP! I went the other day to this "barbershop" with my husband and all I can say is that they need to wash their mouths. I try to understand that this is a barbershop and men go to talk and relax in there but I didn't know it was like this. The guy in the front was nice enough to greet us and sign us in after we stood there for 5min. To start off, the girl messed up my husbands hair. Never again. Thee best place to get a nice clean hair cut. I recently when in for a hair cut from one of the barber name Rosie an her attention to detail when it comes to cutting fades, lines ups or even when using the blade is just phenomenal. Chino is by far the flyest dude here. Chino does awesome with boy of my boys. He managed to make my teenager look super good even though a previous barber left him with half a perm. Chino took his time and communicated well with my teenager who I can barely get a word out of on a good day. Overall great and comfortable experience, My boy left with a new found confidence. This is the best shop in Perris! Believe me I tried them all. I've been getting my hair cut since 2016. Hands down Adrian is the best barber at the shop. I moved out to Riverside and still make the 30 minute drive to get a cut from him. Even when I have 20 shops whin 5 minutes. If you live in the area and you care about your hair go see Adrian.
