This place makes you question how someone goes to cosmetology school and is still this bad at hair cuts asked for a taper and wanted it short on the top I got a buzz and the taper is horrible I would honestly just buy some clippers and watch a YouTube video it'll probably be better

First time going to a professional barber shop. I didn't have an appointment and I just walked in and I was helped right away by Erick. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. I was out in 20 minutes and a happy client. You could tell he's been doing it for a while, which is a relief. I'll be bringing my boys here from now on. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. I've never heard a guy say "I got you" so many times... to then completely NOT have it. this is most definitely the worst cut I've ever gotten! These barbers are jokes. Do not bother wasting your money.

The little bitch tatted up with sketchers and glasses in the back right especially is bringing his bad attitude to work and not giving good haircuts and even charging more that what it's supposed to be, as soon as I went in he straight up told me to hurry up because he has more haircuts to do. read more

First time going to a professional barber shop. I didn't have an appointment and I just walked in and I was helped right away by Erick. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. Don't come to this barber shop. Terrible customer service, will waste your time and have no sense of urgency. The barbers are all mediocre and don't have high skill level in barbering. We've tested out every barber and maybe 2/8 barbers do a good job. They also talk inappropriately in front of kids and play music with profanities. The chairs in the waiting area are deteriorating and the arm rest will poke you. The shop isn't well kept and it reflects the owner entirely. Terribly look for the community. read more

Got a cut without an appointment. Barber did not really try to make convo and was rushing once other clients came through the door. I asked for a face all around the sides and was left with 80s flat top. Nothing what I asked for. I told where not to cut and they still cut. Won't be coming back. read more

The other reviews are correct If you don't have an appointment don't bother 45 minute wait turned into an hour and a half So I just left Wish they would of told me when I signed in that they had multiple appointments in addition to the walk in traffic but the told me 45 minutes.It kind of makes you wonder if there were really appointments or if they were just putting other walk ins in front of you that were there friends.either way I don't know but there version of 45 minutes is well over an hour and a half . read more

No customer service skills AT ALL. They don't greet you or tell you about how long it will be. You can sit there for 30 mins without being acknowledged or greeted. We have given them our business for over two years and the customer service lacks and has gotten worse over time. NEVER TAKING MY SONS BACK. read more

We came in 30 minutes before closing still took both my boys in.They did an amazing job! Pricing is very fair as before we would take them to a different barber shop were they charge $25 for a kids haircut. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank headliners read more

***by appointments only*** The barbers here need to let you know, when you "walk-in" they're only accepting appointments. We waited 2+ hours here today it wasn't very busy but just when we thought it was our turn, an "appointment" walked in. The barbers yell "appointment!"( to which they sound like fucken idiots) That's how we knew it was an "appointment". Don't go here unless you want to waste 2 + hours of your life watching other people get their haircut and idiot barbers yelling "appointment!". read more

Thought I'd try a new place in town... If you are coming here for the first time, expect to wait at least 45 minutes while others with appointments stroll in straight to their cut... After waiting over an hour and dealing with unattended little kids running around and pretty much bumping into barbers cutting hair, I decided to stick with my regular place for my Fresh Cut. Once you walk in its BAM clean cut inside, ample room, quite a few screens for anyone waiting but the wait time was only 5 min for us. My boys normally get a regular haircut every 3 months but this time around their hair grew to fast. So when I heard Headliners Barbershop opened we came to see what they could do for us. We left it up to the barbers as to what would look good on our boys. We were not disappointed. Highly recommended a clean, stylish and professional establishment... And we found one here in Menifee! honestly all these people saying they arnt friendly are trippin .. I left my other barber because of that and now I go to headliners because they're super cool. They're not there to be your shrink they do an awesome job and they make conversation I don't know what people want stop writing negative reviews just because you don't know how to act because it's not them that's the problem read more

This has been my go-to shop since moving to town…read more Located in what my neighbors call "downtown" - Cherry Hills Plaza's seem to have it all. A post office, police station, Library, two grocery stores, two drug stores, $Tree, medical offices, banks, restaurants, and of course hair stylists and barbers- several of those. I tried a few but eventually settled on Millan's. Its a very calm and chill barber shop albeit on the stark side, clutter drives me crazy anyway and that might be a strong reason I like Millan's. Just one Barber and she owns the place, Patty is a nice lady working hard trying to make a go of it. There is rarely a wait for a cut and part of me hopes it stays that way, and part of me wants to introduce my neighbors to Millan's and see this place thrive. Look for the barber pole low in the window - it's next door to the florist shop in the north section of Cherry Hills.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HAIRCUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate posting negative stuff but it ticked me off because last week my mom took my son to get a haircut and my mom was mad because the guy looked like he didnt want to cut my sons hair and messed him up. I went back looking for him on Thursday and he wasnt there. She said his name was Erick and is on the 2nd chair to your right side. DO NOT GO WITH HIM!!!!! He left my sons neck all red and still had hairs on it. I dont know if these guys are even qualified to cut hair cause moms said theres not even licenses on there stations. She also said he smelled like weed and looked high. I Also tryed calling the barbershop to talk to the owner not the manager and got no answer. Im taking my business somewhere else even if i have to drive 30miles. WARNING DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!!! read more

This place is really as good as it gets! I take my son here every two weeks for a haircut and each time I leave extremely impressed with not only the workmanship, but the professionalism presented by each employee. We are greeted right away when we walk in and the wait can be long but it is more than worth it. The entire shop is very clean, restroom is well stocked, and they always have something family friendly playing on the TV's which point in all directions so everyone can enjoy! I've seen anyone from infants to seniors in here for a great service, and everyone always leaves with a smile on their face. Thank you Headliners, you have won a loyal customer for life! read more

All the barbers in here are Artists!!! I love their work as they all take time to give you perfection. I'm confused with some of the comments left here,like hello ITS A BARBERSHOP they are very much in style now a days so you might have to wait but do you want the best cut of your life or a fantastic Sam's cut. No matter who cuts my son's hair it always looks great and I can always tell the difference between their cuts and super cut or whatever else happened to be convenient at the time. I will never take my sons' to another place as this place is perfection. Thank you to Mike and Jerry who always help out and take care of us. read more

If I could give 20 stars I would! Hands down best barber shop around!My family and I have lived in Menifee for close to 3 years and have been to almost every barber shop there is.We have finally found our spot!!! Jerry was our barber and gave my son what my husbands refers to a "perfect cut"!..I'll I had to do is give Jerry a rough idea what I wanted for my sons hair and he filled in the rest. I high recommend this barbershop everybody I see walk out always leave with a great hair cut , but if you don't have an appointment it's obvious your going to wait longer the same with an quality established that offers a service . I always tell people I talk to just to make an appointment because it's only 5 dollars extra and that 5 dollars will save you a lot of time . Just getting out from work and happen to find THE HEADLINERS BARBERSHOP OPEN! Let me start off by saying these barbers pay full attention to detail in their line of work cutting hair getting everybody RIGHT . As walked in everybody was extremely welcoming made me feel at comfortable knowing I was going to be taken care of ,Great conversations with the barbers in the shop very friendly and respectful .HAIRCUT WAS OFF THE CHART WITH THESE GUYS. Wow! These guys are a world of difference from legends in Murietta California. They provide great customer service , and an outstanding level of professionalism. The wait was approximately 5 to 10 minutes, but keep in mind I went mid-day on a Tuesday. My haircut took approximately 15 to 25 minutes and the Barber was professional and provided a quality cut to my liking. If you're looking for top notch haircuts look no further, Headliners Barbershop is armed with top notch barbers. New,clean,spacious, great beats and most of all Great Customer Service. Great place to get a fade or any other style of hair cut. I brought my son as well, he is 12 months and they did a perfect job and were very careful. The best part about this barbershop is that they have great costumer service. When I came into the shop they greeted me and had me sign in with not much of a wait. Will is amazing! I saw a haircut that I wanted for my seven year old son and he made it happen. Everytime we come in he spends his time on my son and makes sure it looks amazing. He even showed me how to help him style it and helped me get the right product. My son loves coming here because he feels so grown-up and he loves how clean (no hair all over him) he is when he leaves. read more

My boyfriend and I have been visiting this barber shop for a little over 3 years and the barbers here ALWAYS do us good! We go every 2-3 weeks and every time we go, we get sat immediately or wait at most 10-15min and that's for both of us! Not only that but regular cuts are $30?? Such a steal compared to most places. I highly recommend visiting here! 10/10 read more

While I do not need a barber. My grandson does. I have started talking him to Headliners. The shop is very clean and the Barbers are friendly and welcoming. They were very busy and gave great service. Treated my grandson quite well. Would recommend them for adult or child. Will continue to use them. Thnxs Jerry Villa fit the service. read more

I found Headliners open on a Sunday, plus recieved a perfect cut/fade from Jerry at a great price. Cant go wrong with any of the barbers here, they are all great. Best barber shop in the area hands down! read more
