I bought a…read morefew pairs of scrub tops to get embroidered and they said they would call once it is done. 3-4 weeks pass and I haven't gotten a call yet, so I showed up in person and asked if it they were available. They said whoever embroidered it messed up and to give them a couple of more weeks to order the tops and have it embroidered, and they will call back once it's done. A couple of weeks passed and I called to ask if they were done, and said that the tops did not arrive to the store yet. It's been almost a couple of months and I haven't gotten my embroidered scrub tops. Luckily, I found out that the facility is not too strict and doesn't really care about the embroidered scrub tops, but still! It should not take this long for getting items embroidered.

She grabbed several for me to try and she was patients with me, while I tried them on and asked for her opinion. Once I decided on the brand she offered to order then correct sizes that I need they weren't in stock. Before I made the purchase, though, Jackie out my items on hold because I wanted to check out another scrub store. Only because ATW doesn't allow returns. I went an checked out the other store, but they had less of a selection, but more importantly they were not as friendly as Jackie at ATW. I came back the same day and Jackie was once again super friendly, professional, and patient. She had more customers this time, too. I ended up trying on a less expensive brand, Cherokee, because the Jaanuu that I had left on hold. I ended up going with Cherokee because I could get a three sets for the less than what I was going to pay for two sets of Jannuu. Jackie placed the order for the threee shirts and three pants in my correct sizes. They should arrive in 7-10 business days, which not a long time to wait. Anyway, the store was a great find, recommend by a friend that is a nurse, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.
