So it pains me to have to leave a one star rating for this business but it warrants it…read more I was doing an Amazon return, which I provided a box, and the one issue I had is I wasn't able to print label. This UPS store charges $1.29 to print the label. I had no problem with this as I have paid in the past. The only difference this time was the two workers weren't the regulars and when my tap to pay wouldn't work with their system they said you need the physical card. I showed them the money was in my account that matched the debit card on file with tap to pay. The last time this happen the worker was nice to take tne $1.29 out of his pocket. This is not common now days but he held me to the honor system that I would bring him in a 20 ounce Pepsi which was fair enough. In this case I went the same day and got the beverage, and left the beverage with the owner of this location for the employee. I also gave tne employee a compliment to the owner for going above and beyond the scope of his employment. In closing it sicken me that they could have taken down my card information, and my driver license number and contact number in the event I didn't come back to pay. Just think Amazon only uses UPS for returns, and the UPS store is the only place in town to connect the return so you have to come back. I now have to make the arrangement with Amazon to get the package picked up at my house.
