They were able to change the address thanks to a new policy for this type of thing. They were even kind enough to call and let me know the package was found and they were able to change address before it was returned to sender and even had the courtesy to send it out right away or tomorrow (I am still awaiting the arrival) Overall, I am very satisfied with the way Canada Post went above and beyond to make sure the package wasn't returned and the proper address was put on it. Thank you Canada Post, I will definitely use your service in the future and recommend you to friends.

Literally cannot call them. No one answers the phone after the machine says "just wait and someone…read morewill be with you". We have one mailman who is great with our mail... the rest of the time we never know if its even being delivered correctly. I have 2 things that are supposed to be dropped off today and have seen mailman out with the mail but we haven't gotten our mail at all today. This isn't just today though its sometimes a regular occurrence. I'm never sure what to think and know several times they have not had all our mail together ro get to us.
