I had a dozen packages to drop off at this UPS location and they had no problem scanning the labels I printed from my house....all except two for whatever reason. At other locations they would simply hand key in the tracking number and print a label that could be read but NOOOOOOO, not at this location. The young man just laughed and told me he's not "s'pose to" print a label. I went back and forth with him and he flat out lied! Not only did I wait for 30 minutes while ONE employee did everything that same employee was going to do NOTHING to help me out. I ended up driving 8 miles and had another UPS store print the label. The poorest shipping around the Fox Valley area in Wi. I paid to have packaged delivered on Sept. 18th and paid over night freight. Well, here we are on the 25th and they just sent me a noticed that it we'll be here tomorrow again. I no longer can believe them or trust there service, after this 3rd notice of delivery and still have not received my package, I no longer need it . So, I canceled the order. Within the last 6 months, this location has changed hands. There is no comparison between who owns it now, along with the employees they've chosen to hire, and who used to own it. They are severely understaffed, miseducated, and downright rude. Save yourself the frustration and 34 minutes it will take to drop off a scan only package. I hope Nespresso chooses to work with a different carrier in regard to their pod returns. UPS cannot handle too much.... OH! And after this location tells you they don't honor the AAA discount, you can kindly point to the sign they have on their entry way. AAA states all UPS locations need to honor this.. read more

There needs to be a HORRIBLE rating on these reviews because "not good" sure doesn't come close to describing the level of "service" in this store. My phone reception was not good as I stepped in line so I told the guy sitting at the counter. He rolled his eyes and made a noise of disgust, as if HE was being inconvenienced in some way. I stepped out of the line so I wasn't holding it up. After I got the info up on my phone, I went to the other "attendant". He looked at my phone and said "you have to pay to send that." I replied that was fine. I then asked if he could print the packing slip and shipping label. He replied in an extremely RUDE tone- "We can't print that.". He seemed disgusted that I even asked. So, in a nutshell, I was refused service, I had to go to a different store to send my package. I can't even believe that someone could refuse to do their job the way this man did. I was more than willing to pay for my shipping and printing service and it was refused. They didn't hesitate to print my label and packing slip at the other UPS store on Calumet. read more

The person working was rude and told me he would charge me for the Amazon return and seemed upset I was unable to print the label. I'm out of town so I don't have a printer. When I showed him he just told me he will have to charge me $5. I live in another state and never heard of this and he said every location operates differently. So I leave because it seemed like he was ripping me off and wasn't helpful. I contact Amazon who gives me a QR code. I go back in and he's like, yeah there is no charge for this. I asked why he didn't tell me this and instead told me every ups operates differently. Go elsewhere. $5 is no biggie but customer service would be priceless. UPDATE: After all that, the shipment got lost at this location. Amazon refunded me so it all worked out. I just feel bad for the people in this town stuck with this store. I hope you find some better employees in the future. read more

The UPS truck did not leave the package at my house, so I had to go to the store to pick it up. It was not there. The clerk was unable or unwilling to help track it down. Got a text later to come pick it up, but they would not give me the package because it was for a family member. They were rude and unhelpful...claiming UPS store wasn't connected to UPS truck. read more

Horrible customer service. I had 3 Amazon packages to return. 2 of the 3 said UpS would pack and process return. I show up with the barcodes and items. The person behind the counter was incredibly rude and told me to read the instructions more carefully. She said it 3 times. I leave and read the instructions to discover that only 1 item would not be repacked. My mistake. I go back in and ask them to scan again and show them they are supposed to pack and ship. She is rude and tells me she doesn't have time to read it. I ask her to just scan and see what it says. She says fine she will ship it. UPS and Amazon you need to get your act together on service. I won't be back to using UPS store again. read more

I needed to ship a king-sized bed back to the manufacturer, and we no longer had any of the packaging material. I called the store, and a young man named Eric said, "No problem! Bring it on in, and we can package it for you." Well, he hasn't kidding. We brought in all of the parts, and he patiently and confidently figured out how he was going to package it so it safely arrived at its destination. The store isn't very big, so dealing with something this large can't be fun, but the staff was polite and super helpful. Thanks again for the help today! read more

The UPS store on Integrity way is awful! The guy working was so rude I wont ever go back! He did not look up or say a word to me. He scanned my package slapped a label on it and threw it on the table behind him. NOT ONE WORD! NO EYE CONTACT! VERY RUDE! He needs to be fired! read more

This location was great, until it wasn't!! I have always gone to this location over the years because it's close to my home and the people have always been very friendly and helpful .....until today. They have a new guy working [sorry he didn't have a name tag ] 3 pm sept 17th 2019. He was extremely rude And outspoken to the point where I feel the manager or owner should know about it...in fact I hope the manager and owner are reading this!! THIS LOOSER never greeted me, never said hello, never said how can I help you , basically jump down my Throat when I asked a question... he also told me "no don't do it that way do it this way !" ...basically barking a command at me. This person has absolutely 0 customer service skills and needs to be working in a factory/ backroom job ...where he doesn't need to speak with the clients. I visited this location around noonish today &, was shipping back a package to Stitch Fix (free shipping &, had to be shipped today to get refund) well, the petite woman behind the counter said she couldn't ship it because she had too many packages &, I was perplexed &,asked her again so, she pointed to 2 small boxes on floor so, I then, told her that I mailed a package last month at the same time &, the gentleman that was there today shipped it for me so, she continued to tell me she couldn't ship it so, I left &, had to go out of my way to another UPS store off of Calumet &, told them my story &, she commented that she heard the same stories about this location. It's obvious she wants customers to spend $ in her store. Good luck with that crazy rude lady!! I'm also filing a complaint through UPS! read more

Lost my package. I was returning a SONOS speaker to SONOS and dropped it off with a woman. A week later I check the tracking and it says it was dropped off in Oshkosh, which is definitely not the case. I dropped it off at this location off of Casaloma in Appleton, near my house. And the package had never been seen again. I think somebody (the lady who took the package) went home with it. And somehow checked it in to Oshkosh so it'd be there problem. I haven't even been to Oshkosh in years. read more

I used this store one time and I can guarantee it will be the last. Paid extra to have a small package sent there instead of my house because I didn't want it left outside. They understandably shortened the store hours because of the pandemic which in turn conflicted with my work schedule. It was for one week only and they were the only store in the area to do so. When I called from work to ask how I can pick it up the store owner just gave me a deadline otherwise it will be sent back to the shipper. Offered no help whatsoever.
