They have copy machines as well. Because we live relatively close by, we use this location somewhat often. Unfortunately, it's perpetually understaffed, lines are long, and workers sometimes seem occupied with menial tasks while customers need help. It's just the least efficient FedEx office we've ever used in Middle Tennessee.

I've done it before and it's never been a problem. She was able to do it , but then she came back and said "that'll be $3.50" i said "for one page !?" Usually it costs me 30 cents or less... and before she did it for me, she gave me no disclaimer about an upcharge. i was totally baffled . I should have said "no thanks" and walked out , but i let her rob me . i asked why .. she said "There is a charge for anything we do behind the counter" ... hmmm . What is she doing ? Growing the tree? chopping it down. it's pressing one button. If i had known, i would have just WAITED or went to a different location. What a rip off . what a lie.
