She stated she was done and to have nice day. I ask for manager or her boss info she stated she was highest person I could speak to which was not true. Worst service I have ever experienced at any financial institution. Will never do business there as ling she works there. Gave several chances to fix her mistake and refused. File compliant with corporate and complaint with bbb and state. She failed at her job and as notary. She turned a simple request into nightmare.

I have dealt with Caroline and she always ensures she gets the job right the first time and she's always on time with the estimate that she gives me. Now, I will say it's like everywhere else you go you have to stand and wait in line for your turn. Sometimes you're lucky and no one's there and other times there's five people in front of you but that's just business that happens at every store everywhere.
