This store in particular is huge and spacious with covid protocols in place. I have been to this place a couple of times to get some documents printed. During my very first visit, I wasn't particularly sure how the printing services worked, so I asked a representative working there to show me the easiest way to get my documents printed. She was kind enough to let me know that I could either go to the Self-Service printing by emailing the document(staples@printme.com) or I could give it to her and she could print it for me. The print job itself was quick. When you approach the printer, you'd first need to insert your credit card and authorize a temporary $5 charge for the print service, but don't worry, they only charge for the total amount of paper and documents used, and then proceed with what you want to do at the machine - Copy, Scan, Print or Fax. I selected print and it then askes your preferred method of retrieving your document either via email, USB stick or from cloud services such as Drive or Dropbox. For black and white prints it is $0.15/ page. My visit was pretty good both the times and the entire process was a breeze.

I picked up a large package and they allowed me to use a dolly cart to bring it to my car. They actually loaded it on the car, pushed it for me, and then helped me put the large package in my car and took the dolly back. It was very nice as I was a bit concerned on how easy it would be to transport into my car. The owner Ryan does not install his own work so you wait until he finds someone to do it. when they bail out him you are left hanging until he can reschedule.
