The inside was clean, orderly, and had a new paper smell. There were self-service stations where you could work on printing your own things. They also had where if your package was already labeled, you could just scan and drop it off and then leave without having to wait in line. They were helping people both with sending large amounts of items for the best price, and with regular questions. I picked up a large package and they allowed me to use a dolly cart to bring it to my car. They actually loaded it on the car, pushed it for me, and then helped me put the large package in my car and took the dolly back. It was very nice as I was a bit concerned on how easy it would be to transport into my car. While I had troubles with my package process and tracking on FedEx's website, my in person store experience was very good read more

I called this FedEx location before coming in for a service. I was told that my service could be done and to come into the store. When I arrived to the store, not only were they slow and understaffed, the staff completely switched up what was communicated to be over the phone. I waited 45 mins to an hour until the man finally said he can't help me after he told me to wait on the side and "tried" to complete my request. This store needs to properly train their staff on communicating services that are available at this location. read more

My husband and I were in a huge bind. It was 6:15pm and Fed Ex was closing at 7pm. The file we had, needed to be changed from publisher to a pdf and sent over. After a few issues, they received it at 7:05pm and stayed till 7:30pm on a Friday night to finish the printing job. They went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate it! Samantha was the BEST!!! So I came here to prepare for an "executive presentation" that next morning and I have to say I was highly impressed with my visit! As I was putting some things together, I asked Samantha (the only person working here at the time) her opinion on the types of paper I should use and how it would look. She was super HELPFUL in giving me some advice about the paper and even some words of encouragement wishing me luck once I left the store. Since the store was a little busy off and on- her taking the time out to help me and give advice really went a long way! As far as the store itself, it is conveniently located in a small strip area right outside the mall. This location has plenty of parking and also has a few computers to do some quick work on or print from the pc. Overall, I've been coming to this location for "years" anytime I needed to get that type of work done and this was that one time I really wanted to make it a point to tell the world how GREAT of an employee Samantha was while I was there! read more

Was on my way to another FedEx Store location @ stumbled upon this location. Immediately acknowledged upon entering, asked how could she help me, I told the associate what I needed, she took me to the copier & told me step by step how to print the document from my phone. I give 5 stars because I just spent an hour & 1/2 between two different Staples location & was unable to get this accomplished or to get any real customer service. Poorly staffed to handle FedEx business customers. Too many clueless customers holding up the lines for mailing simple items.

My boyfriend and I went to this location today and needed help with the rental computer/printer as the printer was not working. I began walking up to one of the employees to ask for help and was confronted with a harsh, impolite tone, asking, "What do you need help with?" The woman continued to scold me and my boyfriend about using the rental computers, telling us of another option. We didn't need the other option. We needed a rental computer with a working printer. This woman was incredibly impolite, rude, and harsh. She changed her tone when my boyfriend spoke to her in a louder, impatient voice, as she had caused our moods to turn downward. When an individual enters a FedEx, he/she should not have to experience the rude attitude that this employee presented with. Her tone became overly friendly and nice after that-- which appeared exaggerated and fake as about one minute before, she was snapping at us. She ended up giving our rental computer time for free because she was well aware that it was her fault-- that our experience at FedEx had negatively spiraled because of her interaction with us. My mood didn't change, even with the free rental computer time. I would rather pay for what I came in there to use and be interacted with in a respectful way by all the employees than get free computer rental time and be spoken to the way that we were. It appears that many people on Yelp have had a negative experience with the customer service at this fedex location. I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this location. In the past, this location was my go-to place for when my printer malfunctions, if I need to ship something that needs to go via FedEx, or if I need a quick copy. (Shoot, I was at a Kinkos late at night with a printing 'emergency' the night before my wedding day over 15 years ago....ah, memories!) Unfortunately, things have changed here and customer service isn't so great. I came here bright and early on a Monday morning, looking to print a small color document from a cloud-based account. They advertise this service on their website, so I figured it would be a cinch to get my printouts and be on my way. Th first kiosk wouldn't work properly and took really long to upload the small file, and the one customer service rep., an older short-haired woman, was barely helpful when I asked for assistance. She acted as if I didn't know how to follow the instructions when I had clearly explained to her the error that I had encountered. Instead of suggesting that I use another kiosk (which I didn't notice right away, more to this later), she explained about using the workstations. Over to the workstation I went, spent money to use the computer, and attempted to access my document and THEIR BROWSERS ARE OUT OF DATE. But worse, the representative told me that they are NOT ALLOWED to update the browsers. So, I cannot even access this widely used service provider because of issues with their machines. Obviously, no luck there. At this point, I noticed the second kiosk, but guess what? The representaive was now busy Windexing the heck out of it, so it was pretty much off-limits. She saw me, literally shrugged and said, "Sorry" and went right back to dusting. I went elsewhere to get my printed sheets. A waste of time on what I thought would be a pretty cut-and-dry service. I had a terrible experience here with a condescending, impatient, and rude assistant manager, at 9:00pm on July 26. Bottom line: 1. Assistant manager was rude and interrupted constantly. 2. He refused to take time to listen to what my print job actually was and what my concern actually was. Instead, he repeatedly told me it was my problem and that I hadn't understood. 3. He was more concerned with other print jobs and stated so. Here's what happened: I wanted to print 16 invitations double-sided, with exact patterns that had to match up. Laibhen was very helpful and patient in trying to figure out what the best print order would be and how we could get the patterns to work and match up. After about five minutes, in steps the assistant manager, who interrupts our conversation with an imperious demand: "Did you put in the print order in?" Laibhen is clearly a little flustered by this interruption, because we're still talking about how to get the right result, and says quietly, "I'm doing it with her right now." The assistant manager immediately says, sounding impatient, "You can't do it right now. We can't print it for her right now." Laibhen replies, in a very reasonable tone, "Oh, no, I didn't mean doing it right now," (which ought to be obvious by the fact that he's not printing anything, just talking to me, and there was only one other customer in the store), "I'm going over our options right now." At this point, Laibhen had printed out a sample for me to look at, and we were trying to figure out how to make the very precise and intricate pattern on the edge match up with the back. My design couldn't have any extra bleeding or anything, it had to just have the pattern exactly as-is. The assistant manager immediately launches into a lecture about what a bleed is, how much we needed to leave on each side, why the file I provided them wasn't good enough. He waved Laibhen aside, so the poor guy just went to go do some other work. When he was done, I tried repeating back what the assistant manager said, in order to make sure I had understood, and then started explaining that I had no problem with putting an extra bleed in, but I wanted to know if they could make the patterns match up by adjusting using the bleed. The problem was that they couldn't make two files of the same size match up on the same sheet of paper for some reason. This was something I could do at home, but I wanted their laser color printing. He didn't seem to be listening, because he immediately said, "You don't understand, ma'am, look at me when I'm explaining this to you again. I have two other big orders right now and I don't have time for you right now," and proceeded to go into the exact same lecture as before, about how the bleed would compensate for any mismatch error in the printing. I wanted there to be /no/ mismatch, and asked if they could make sure there wasn't, and when I tried to clarify, he interrupted /me/ and said "No, you don't understand!" This happened multiple times, so I decided to cut him off on another lecture and ask for my files and my thumb drive back. All this took only about ten minutes. He told me to go to another printer because they wouldn't do my print job there. I don't know why he was concerned about making sure I understood cropping to include the bleed would compensate for the printing mismatch. What I wanted to know was whether they could use the bleed to line up the two sides so there wouldn't be a mismatch and they wouldn't have to use cropping to disrupt my design pattern. My husband didn't understand what the assistant manager was ranting about either, so while I was dealing with the assistant manager, my husband went to talk to Laibhen, who patiently explained the issue to him. My husband and I both do design work, so we knew what the manager was talking about, and once I heard what Laibhen said, I understood that they couldn't guarantee the pattern would match up. I am definitely not going back there again, and I feel sorry for Laibhen who has to deal with an assistant manager like that. read more

This is by far the worst Fedex, correction, worst public facing company ever! I have gone to this place twice and only due to necessity and close proximity - both times I have regretted coming here. The first time, I never wrote a review, but I felt compelled to write one now due to my consistent disgust after coming here. I went here the 2nd time around on an early Saturday evening to mail out an item. We were the only ones in the store. Toni, an elderly short-gray-haired elderly lady, (manager?) was there - SUPER grumpy and with an attitude. No customer service or for that matter any manners whatsoever. Toni should be fired, because she has driven away customers which may be her intent so as to avoid work. We walked into this huge FedEx store and walked up to the counter and simply asked her where the packaging slips and boxes were for an item I held in my hand for her to see so she could better direct me. She didn't speak but looked up and quickly pointed with her eyes to a vague section of the store towards the right and gave an eye roll and the sternest looking face as if she couldn't be bothered. We walked in that general direction and looked around for packaging that would fit our item. We found a small box on display stating it is $9-$10 and to ask an employee for help finding that item in their back storage as none are laid out at the front. I walked up to the counter and asked Toni if she can get us one of these small boxes (I held it up for her to see) as she was a couple of feet away from the counter doing something else. She immediately yelled at us from far away stating to "put that box down and put it back!" I told her that I held it up so she can easily see which box I was referring to as they carry tons of varying sized boxes. She remarked with an attitude stating there's no need to touch that box and to call it by it's name. I told her that I don't want there to be any confusion whatsoever on which box I was referring to as they do have many varieties of boxes, thus why I held up the small box for her to see from far away. (She was far behind the counter towards the back of the room doing who knows what - we were the only customers in the store and she gave many hints that she didn't want to be there and would not be standing at the counter to ask us if we needed anything.) She yelled back "that box has a name! Put it back!" and later got us a similar box from her storage. At this point we just wanted to overnight a package and didn't want to drive around, so we all bit our tongues and proceeded to box our item and label it with the packing slip. We handed her the packaged item and she proceeded to type on her computer, rudely telling us to put the package on the scale, while she continued to type and never once making eye contact since setting foot at the door. After a few minutes of her typing and then going towards the back pf the room to do something else, she tells us "the computers are down, I can't do anything" and pushes the box off the scale towards us - nothing more, no apologies or anything. We saw this as a partial blessing at this point that the "computers are down" (if they really were), as we didn't feel safe leaving the package with Toni anyway. We would find some other FedEx, USPS or UPS store to overnight the box. If you want to give her the benefit of the doubt saying she had a bad day maybe, ok, however I recall my first encounter with her a long time ago being very similar. She has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. If FedEx values it's customers or improving this store, they should fire Toni. I will NEVER return to this store ever again. read more

I will say the ONLY reason this location got the 3 stars it did was because Samantha is an AMAZING employee!! Honestly she should be the manager. I went in one day and it was 30 mins before they close, she wasn't upset at all, she was actually happy to help me. I was getting prints and it was my first time ever getting prints but she made the process so easy and really helped me out with the knowledge behind getting prints. She honestly was fantastic and made my experience such a breeze. Unfortunately the next time I went in to get more prints Samantha wasn't able to help me. The store manager Andrea V. helped me out this time. From the beginning of the transaction she was unpleasant. She didn't seem to want to help at all. We got in there and it was busy, she came out from the back and asked if she could help us. We told her that we wanted to get some prints and that we wanted the same paper as last time. We even showed her a print from when Samantha helped me to show her what type of paper it was cause we couldn't remember and we figured her seeing it she would know. She didn't even touch the paper or let us finish taking out of the box, she just looks at us and said "yeah okay, I got it." I thought this was odd but figured "she had it." When it was time to look at the prints, they looked great the only thing that wasn't adding up was the price I was paying and our receipt had two different paper types when we specifically asked for all the same paper on all the prints. When I asked about the price to Samantha who was there because Andrea was MIA after our transaction. She took the receipt from Samantha's hands, rolled her eyes(which she thinks I didn't see), and she started typing away on the computer. We didn't know what was going on, it wasn't until Samantha told us that Andrea thinks she knows what she did wrong. She over charged us by like $10! Once Andrea corrected her mistake she yelled out for me to swipe my card again without explaining anything and after she just handed me be receipt and didn't really explain what she was returning. She was by far the most unpleasant person I've had to deal with at this location. Even when one of my prints got a weird black line across it during the printing, Jim asked how he could help me. I explained and he got me a new print so quick. Even Jim was very pleasant. It's sad that this place has some great workers but their manager is an unpleasant being to be around. read more
