His price never changed, he charged what he quoted. He had it up and working much better in about an hour. Found out my computer was older than I thought, and couldn't be upgraded. He quoted me a price on a new computer that he would build for me and would put only what I wanted on it. Told me it would probably take a week to make, however, called me 3 days later and it was ready. I LOVE my new computer and it's working great. Charles is VERY professional, and explained everything to me. I will diffinately recommend him for all your computer needs, and he will be the only one I will call for my computer needs from now on.

Sadly, I was unaware that we had arrived a half-hour before closing and a staff member skulked behind us several minutes, mean-mugging me whenever I innocently peeked to see what she might need. Finally I asked her a question about something in front of me and she answered with a sneer that they are closed. I was shocked and appalled at her vehemence when I had no idea the hours. So my family has not returned. I hope they're not mean to everyone. It's a really neat place.
