The employees at the UPS store in Claremore are friendly, hardworking, and very helpful. My only complaint is the location. It is difficult to pull in and out of the parking area, which is filled with pot holes. I know it is not the employees' fault. I just wish the owner would take care of the pot holes and possibly relocate the business to a better place with easier accessibly. read more

I made a print order online and paid for it and was told that it would be ready the following day. The next day when I came in to pick it up at the appropriate time I was told by a gentleman behind the counter that they had nothing for anyone by my name. I had to find my online receipt and get back in line. When and I showed it to a different customer service rep she turned around and found it in a cubby with the other printed document orders.... I then thanked her, told her very briefly what happened and said that perhaps she would want to tell her co-worker where she had found my order so he would know in the future for other customers. All she said was "yeah" and then turned away to another customer and started checking them out. read more

I would not recommend this particular location. The staff is sloppy with mail and deliveries to box holders. If you approach the staff with a concern they shift the blame back to the customer. 24 hour access is not available. Customer service is unprofessional and staffed by people who just don't care about job performance and this is something they have learned directly from the store manager. read more

As a client of this UPS Store and using their mailbox service for over a year now I can say wholeheartedly that this is a very good store. They know my wife and me by first name and have her mail sitting waiting for us when they see us pull up to the store. The people in the store are very attuned to their customers and they make everybody feel welcome. Even though some customers can be flip it at times because they are upset with another company or they're just having a bad day and want to take it out on those at the counter, the staff here still treat the customer with respect. The store itself is clean, has an open floor plan to view the products needed for each customers needs. The staff were very knowledgeable as to what the customer needs and they can provide. I have personally witnessed angry customers coming in and taking out their frustration on the staff for no reason, but the staff still treat that individual with respect and meet the customer's needs. I have also first Han watched the staff members assist the customer whose mail had been tampered with by someone else before it came in the store and they to dealt with that customer and their needs with complete understanding and respect. Worst UPS store I have encountered in my life. Line out the door and the person working had her kid under her feet the whole time. So after waiting in line for 20 min I finally made it to the counter only to be told it wasn't her problem. I was standing there with two UPS shipping labels I was needing to check the shipping address on. And no help what's so ever. this after I have driven 36 miles looking for help. Suggest UPS look into this store and suggest customers look else where. Let's bring our child to work day is not good for customers and UPS. I have visited this store 3 times in the past couple of months and I have to say that I am not impressed! My first experience I was told that they no longer can send something out as UPS and receive a return shipment to their location. Ok fine I went to the owasso location and they were great! My second experience here I needed to scan and email some paperwork. I was told their machine was broken ok fine went to another location again. Finally yesterday I went in and asked if I could email some paperwork to them to be printed and was told there email was not working. However if I wanted to log into the share email I could print them off myself and be charged for share time. I asked the girl why are you charging me for a service that you should be able to provide. I did pay for it but did not have time to run around town again! Like I said not impressed if they want business this location really needs to work on helping the customers, I feel like this is a way for them to make extra money! read more

This place is ridiculous on prices. Rude and will never use again. Charging over 10 dollars for a regular package that USPS charges less than 5 dollars for!! If USPS is closed, next time I will use Fedex. This place Charged 10.50 to send a regular mail package that will take 10 days to arrive!!!! Never again. read more

Overpriced and underhanded. I have been in this store twice, but only because I forgot what they did to me the first time. I had a package to mail which was VERY well taped--perhaps obsessively so, and while I was filling out the paperwork, the worker picked up the package, threw a few more pieces of tape on it without asking me, then charged me TWO EXTRA DOLLARS without telling me. Felt like a scam and was extremely poor business practice and I certainly told them so. Businesses should NOT try to sneak extra charges into their customers. I had tape in my car if that was an issue, but I was not given a chance. read more
