Much better than before!!! I ate at this place a few times…read morewhen they first opened and I vowed never to go back for several reasons. After a quick recent Yelp search this place kept popping up as number 1 in the area so I broke down and tried the restaurant again. It was nearly a completely different experience! The pita bread is probably the best I've ever had. The portion size has much improved. The mix & match plate options are more balanced. I love I can order a LARGE tabouli salad! The garlicky potatoes have always been delightful. They packed all of the things I paid for and curbside was literally instant. I WILL return many times if this restaurant keeps up these new changes. I suspect the restaurant is under new management or something.

We sat at the bar and ordered Old Fashions. It was Happy Hour and drinks were $8 instead of $10. The Old Fashions were good. The other drinks on the menu seemed to appeal to a younger crowd, but they have a full service bar. We aren't limited to what's on their menu. Nevertheless, I decided to try the pineappletini. It sounded good. I love pineapple and martinis. It was way too sweet for me. We ordered an eggplant dip that came with unusually delicious pita bread. They bring you pita bread no matter what you order. We also got chips with the dip. We loved the dip. The atmosphere was busy. They had a large crowds of people socializing. There's a garden area where people who like quiet dining can go when the weather is nice. Dan sent a text to management asking about sodium levels in their food and explained that he had to limit his sodium intake for medical reasons. They responded by saying they can't give him that information. I was happy to notice there wasn't a charge for paying with our credit card. We will be back.

Meh. Mixed bag.Best-to-worst:…read more hot and sour soup, great flavor; Korean kimchi beef fried rice, little bit spicy, nice tang, well done. Edamame was fine. The dumplings, shrimp rolls, and spring rolls just fine. Did not care for the cream cheese wontons. Greasy and The cheese had an odd consistency. The teriyaki chicken was overcooked and dry. Not nearly enough sauce. The sesame chicken was not enjoyable. Over breaded, chewy-- over sweet orange- like flavor. Service is mind-boggling how you order at the table from QR, get your own water at the front. We dined family style and the plates came out in a somewhat randomly. Staff was not inclined to remove plates as our table filled up. Pay at the front at conclusion. Bit overpriced. 2.5*

Generous portions, too. The service was off somehow. Waitress came for our orders and I placed mine. Spouse asked for a couple more minutes to decide. Didn't see her again til she brought my dish. She set it down and turned to go. Spouse had call her back to give her her order. Odd to say the least. The place only seats 14 and it wasn't half full. Empty water glasses weren't refilled. Didn't get a check so went to the counter to pay and found her deep into a text message until I got her attention by coughing. Maybe she was just having an off day. The food was good enough that we'll definitely give it another shot.

The food was good, but the service really brought the experience down for us…read more Between the four of us, we ordered: -The Shanghai-style chicken chow mein was the table favorite, everyone agreed it was the best dish. -The crab & pork xiaolongbao was another favorite. I wish there was more of a crab flavor, but they were piping hot and delicious. -The shumai and tonkatsu ramen were just okay and pretty mid for all of us. -The wontons in chili oil were easily our least favorite. Unfortunately, the service lacked any kind of hospitality. We were handed four menus and told to "pick a seat and come back up to order." There was no one in line, so we weren't really sure why we couldn't just order first. When we tried to sit at a larger table since we knew we were ordering several dishes, the waitress told us we couldn't and pointed out that other tables could fit four people. We looked at the smaller table and knew it would be cramped, but we sat there anyway just to avoid any conflict. When I went back up to order, there was now a line. I was on the phone while looking at the menu when the same waitress came over, took the menus from me, and said, "You only need one." I understand the intent, but the way everything was handled just came across as rude and unwelcoming. So yeah, the food was good, but the service sucked and made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been.
