The is by far the worst UPS store I have ever walked into. The manager Lisa is very rude and should not be in the customer service field.

I agree with those who say poor service and unfriendly at the Denver location. I went in about a month ago with about 30 pages to notarize at lunchtime, the busiest time of the day. The girl there was great and notarized for me, even though it took over 40 minutes. Today I went in with 3 pages that would have taken 5 minutes. It was 5:15 pm but there was only one other customer in the store and 3 employees. They told me they only do notaries after 6 pm and I'd have to come back. I pointed out that they did it before and that the store wasn't busy. The manager literally just stopped talking to me. So we go to the Crafty Burger next door to kill 45 minutes. Come back at 6 and they tell me they don't do notaries after 5 pm! Hilarious!! Sanity prevailed and they did my notaries. Businesses have policies, I get that. But a customer-service business like UPS has to do what makes good business sense - and good customer service too. read more

Super rude employees. Go somewhere else if you possibly can. There is a sign in their store that tells the customer to leave if you can't be nice. The irony! read more

If you need reliable service, I do not recommend this UPS Store. I shipped a very important package yesterday "Next Day Air" but the sales clerk shipped it "UPS Ground" instead. I was very clear in my instructions that it HAD to be there by 9AM on Wednesday. We had in-depth conversations about this. Shockingly, the tracking shows it will not be there until the *end of the day* on Wednesday. When I called the store, the clerk said there's absolutely nothing he can do about getting my package there on time although he could refund my money. While a nice gesture, it does not help the fact that my critical shipment will not be there on time. I've never written a negative online review for any business. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience we have had at this store and therefore felt it warranted a public warning. read more

Second time there this week, have been coming here for a year and the owner and sales associates are very rude.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Wouldn't refund me for their mistake of shipping my own package to me!! I signed the receipt so it's my fault I didn't see that they were sending it to me. SORRY I just assumed you knew what TO and FROM meant on my package. SO RUDE, I will never be back!! read more

If I could rate this with no stars I would. I come to this UPS store quite often for my business. If there was another one even remotely close I would never come here. The people that work here are rude and inconsiderate on a normal day but my experience today takes the cake! There were three associates standing behind the counter today, no one was inside when I pulled up. I had two cars full of boxes today, 9 boxes in total weighing around 45 lbs each. All three associates stood there and watched as I unloaded each box and stacked it on the sidewalk by the door. After that they all three watched as I took the boxes one by one inside the store and stacked them again. If that wasn't enough, one of the ladies behind the counter made me carry each box to the other side of the counter, something they could have told me when I was carrying them in to begin with. Not one of them offered to let me use the hand truck they had in the back, not one of them came and helped carry the boxes in, not one of them even came around the counter to hold the door for me! I am so over this place and am going to make it my mission to let everyone in this community know what a horrendous business this is! Unbelievable, I will also be filing a complaint with UPS Corporate and I encourage others to do the same. read more

WARNING! Worst service ever, the owner expects customers to be the victim of his short fuse and lack of anger management. I feel sorry for his employees and the unsuspecting general public. I will point out this not my first bad experience but first yelp review ever. Some of the other post have taken the words out of my mouth, there is a clear pattern. The employee(possibly owner's son) at the register whom i was dealing with was politely doing a good job when the owner Henry Alexander Brassel ((which was publicly provided by UPS Store Corporate customer service, their website as well as Braco Enterprises) of 151 Oak Pointe rd Cherryville, nc 28021(also public, would not DOX private info but is relevant as he does NOT live in the community)) happened to over hear only a fraction of conversation and jumped/snapped to a false/incorrect conclusions. I had merely requested for my personal private information to not be available to the general public end receiver. The guy at register explained that my phone # would not be displayed on label but name and address would be. When i asked if there is a solution to keep my personal on file info (which they automatically tied to the phone # I provided) private, Henry, from off to the side, raised his voice in an aggressive tone stating that UPS has a way of doing things and my private info had to be posted on the shipping label. When i tried to explain that i am not trying to withhold any info from UPS but just the end receiver he became more agitated and closed minded and told me i could ship at it the post office which was closed early on Christmas eve day (i was willing to pay UPS aftermarket francise premium). After repeatedly stressing that if i merely could sharpie over my name and address figuring the problem had more to do with their computer skills and less to do with corporate policy, he eventually cooled somewhat and said he would be fine with that (after the fact, corporate confirmed to me that my request to sharpie was OK and does not matter as all needed info is on file through tracking info, meaning he doesn't know UPS after 8 years of owning store). To be honest most people would have dropped it at that and proceeded to sharpie & ship, but i did felt the need to clarify (in a lower tone than his) that he did not need to treat people like that in a retail setting and told him that he just lost it over nothing. Obviously this did not go well over his toxic ego/masculinity and unfortunately triggered his instability once again. When i ask what his name was(as they unprofessionally did not have name tags) he would not respond, nor would he provide me with the store #. I eventual asked if he was the owner of the franchise, which he replied yes to, obviously at that point i no longer wanted to ship there as he does not deserve my or any other decent people's business. Also, corporate clarified that they should have offered to put the stores address on the public label but are not required to offer under corporate policy(most stores will do this voluntarily). An additional avenue would have been to use a false name and address(which could backfire if there where a delivery error) which is not against UPS policy as they do not require ID like fedex recently started due to the October surprise fake bombs that got sent. There were 3 legitimate solutions but now there is one less customer. I will note that years ago in a town far away I operated a pack and ship and have an above average understanding of the industry. You've been warned, beware! FYI, this is not a corporate store and is not the UPS corporation it is a franchise of the UPS Store Corporation and he tries to run it like his personal fiefdom or no name pack and ship. read more
