Deplorable. Talk about a warm body with a pulse for an employee, nothing more. He gave only incorrect information. My cost went from $0 to $30 to over $60. Two other customers came in and seemed equally frustrated because he did not have the competence/aptitude to assist them either. He sent them both to other stores. This office is hard to find. But ppl know about it cause there's always a line Go to the lower floor of the Hilton hotel - down stairs or escalators. Go to the back by elevators, opposite of bar and then you will see a big UPS sign. This store is in the bottom of the Hilton. I had a package delivered from Amazon and the delivery person took it to the UPS Store here... I was charged 20 dollars because they held it for 3 hours. The blonde lady who worked there was RUDE. The elder gentleman was nice, but my guess by the way the two interacted, the lady was in charge. I'd avoid this place if you can! read more

I stopped into this store to ship extra meeting materials back home. Their store is easy for Uber/Lyft drivers to drop off. Which was essential as this was the day after the bomb cyclone winter storm. Andrew, is who helped me. He was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they all work as a team as everyone seemed willing to help keep the customers serviced efficiently. read more

Walked a decently long way to get there during my lunch. Arrived and there was no one in the store- the store was open but left entirely unattended. There was a sign saying they were out and to call/text a phone number. I called and texted the phone number but no one responded. I waited for 20 minutes with no one in the store and finally left because I had to get back to work. Multiple customers came in and left while I was waiting as well. No employees in the store. I literally am standing in this UPS now (and have been for 15 minutes now), waiting for the employee to return. I can not believe they literally left their store unattended. Moreover, there is a sign with a phone number to call for "immediate service." I've called three times now with no answer. read more

I only check my mail here a couple of times a month, but they remember my box number and/or my name every time! The mgr is amazing, and the staff and amenities are always a pleasant surprise considering how few square feet they have to work with. read more

I had paid UPS to have something shipped here and went to pick it up as soon as it arrived. The clerk charged me another fee as I picked it up for "receiving/handling"--her reason, that they "have to log everything, sort everything, etc". Sooooo, I'm guessing they carry the UPS name but they're independent--that the actual UPS experience/service stops short of the door? Paying another fee to receive a package that I paid them to ship ... yeah, I'm enchanted lol. read more

I went to UPS today to ship two packages that were most likely under 1-pound and it cost $60 to get them to Miami by December 27th. The staff member, Valerie, had already started to package the boxes and tape them up, so I felt uncomfortable asking her to take my things out which was of course, my own fault. However, I left the UPS store and reconsidered the pricing and went back to see if she could take my things out of the box and refund my card because I was not interested in paying that much. She called her manager, I am assuming, to figure out how to do a refund. While she was on the phone with her manager, she stated 'oh no, I am not refunding her for the boxes.' In that instant, I said 'Mam, excuse me, I will need a refund on those boxes because I am not using UPS and I am not using the boxes.' With out even putting down her cell phone to address me or talk to me, she said 'You asked for the boxes. I am not refunding you for the boxes.' I proceeded to dispute this further, and said 'Mam, I am not using these boxes - I do not need to pay for them,' and again, she said abruptly, 'I am not refunding the boxes,' with out looking up for her phone call and acknowledging me. She continued to move forward with the refund for ONLY the shipping with out even letting me state my case or talk because she continued her conversation. I paid $57 in total and only got $40 refunded to my card. $17 for two 12x12 boxes that UPS probably paid $.10 for. This was the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I work in customer service too so I feel empathetic because I know the pricing is not their fault but she could've tried to hear me out and just refunded me 17 measly dollars for the two boxes I did not use. read more

One of the most atrocious experiences i've had in a privately held facility. USPS is by far the better route to go if you are looking for better customer service and overall efficiency out of Denver. The representative helping me at the time, Veronica, was extremely rude and was checking her phone constantly while my husband and I were trying to ask questions. Proceeded to check out and she said the payment didn't process.. come to find out it ended up charging my card twice.. Although it seems cliche, Veronica's disposition was very spacey and given the fact we were in a legal city I wouldn't be surprised if she partook in some festivities on / before the job. Love the UPS at home, but will NOT catch me in one in denver again. read more
