This in the worst UPS store. The staff are miserable, unhelpful, there is always a line, they charge you for a piece of tape, and it is just the worst. There are other UPS stores close by and always worth the extra .5 mile drive. Way better options than this one! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. The guys working this location have no idea what they're doing. They don't know how to use any of the systems or machines. You might be okay if your package is already packed, sealed and labeled but I would consider that a risk as well. Don't expect them to be a print shop as advertised either. They don't know how to use the systems or even change out the ink when it's empty, let alone load paper. Save yourself the headache and drive to the next closest store. read more

Box at this store for repair and it was stolen by a ups employee, I've been in contact with corporate and have an open case number and the store to date has still refused to refund me. We paid for shipping and received a tracking number. When the recipient called us and said they didn't get the package, we checked the number but it wasn't registered because the package never made it on the truck. Stolen from us by a UPS associate with 0 support from the Store or UPS Corporate. We were literally robbed of $500. I was charged $4 for one copy. When I questioned the amount, they said there is a $3 minimum, then charged me an additional 75¢ for a color copy. All I wanted was one (1) 11x17 B&W copy. This is the absolute WORST UPS Store I have ever been to. The obnoxiously rude people that work there are so lazy they deny your package has arrived even though you're holding the delivery notice from UPS. After insisting that they look again the box was found BEHIND THE COUNTER. Also, they refuse to wear masks. I used to love this store. There service was great. Then it changed hands because of "mismanagement." I agree with other reviewers--the employees are rude and unhelpful and the kids they have hired can't correctly enter an address. I caught one mistake in keying and the employee said it was my fault because he couldn't read my handwriting (he mistook my 1 for a 5 apparently--seriously.). Today I found out another piece of mail was miskeyed and it is flying somewhere around Wonder Lake, IL looking for its intended recipient. Could we have the people back who were "mismanaging" and send these experts packing? read more

Went twice in one day to get form notarized as told us to come back at certain time and when we did the response was "Oh, you just missed him again." Not good customer service. read more

I called the store and they said no one came to pick up the packages yesterday so they didn't go out. I inquired about a refund and they said a manager would contact me but no one did. Instead husband needed internet access in order to print a gate operator manual for a repair job down the road from there. A package was incorrectly addressed to my neighbors and they brought it to this location. I called to see if they had the package and the guy who picked up the phone (who sounded stoned) basically said "we probably have it but we're not going to look for it." I got in my car and drove down to the location with the hopes that they might put more of an effort into looking with me there, but they told me it was "probably somewhere in the back, but there's no way to look for it," as if it wasn't their job to keep track of packages in an organized way. Not to mention the delivery driver walking into the building didn't have a mask on. The package contained keys to my new apartment, sent by my landlord from another state. Now I may have to push my move-in date back all because the workers at this location thought it would be too hard to try and find my package. I almost never write negative reviews but this was maybe the worst customer service I've ever received. I hope a manager or someone from corporate reads this. read more

Save yourself the headache and go to the UPS Store on Ashford Dunwoody instead. I shipped from here a few times, and every time there was miscommunication about packages, etc. I had them pack my desktop computer and ship it, and I received it in pieces. Dealing with the claims process was painful enough, but these employees are horrible with communication. When calling to simply ask if a claim check had been shipped, their manager, Dave, was extremely rude, and then hung up on me. He has one of those attitudes where he interprets everything as an accusation, and is not interested in letting you finish a sentence so you can explain what you're asking for. No amount of patience can withstand his attitude. I'll never ship with them again, especially since there are so many UPS stores right near by. read more

I do not recommend this UPS store. My company had almost 200 small packages to mail. The post office charges $2.80 per package and this UPS store wanted to charge $4.72 per package. They claimed it was a "convenience fee." When asked if they would discount their "convenience" fee because of the volume, they declined. Well, it was more "convenient" for my assistant to drive to the Post Office in Dunwoody Village less than a mile away and save $345. This store not only lost a few hundred dollars on this mailing, but we will never go there again. Had they simply been somewhat reasonable with their "convenience" fee, I would have mailed all future mailings for my business from their store. I love to support small businesses, but not if it means being gouged with unreasonable prices. read more

This UPS Store #3737 was recommended by reputable business. I called them yesterday for a shipping quote to Houston,TX. I spoke with Sam ,she asked me all the information she needed to know to prepare shipping quote and supposed to call me today with a quote. I never received that call from them, so I called them since I am the one who is interested to ship an item. Sam told me that they don't feel that they can pack an item well and may not have enough packing materials to pack it and since its an expensive item they don't want to take the responsibility of shipping it ( her exact words). I have never heard anything like that ! There is shipping insurance to insure the item and if item is heavy they could send it on pallet,but sounds like they didn't know that. What an incompetence! I highly recommend to use another store with knowledgeable employees. read more

From what I understand, all of these stores are independently owned and operated. This UPS store is by far the best UPS store. Their employees are knowledgeable and courteous. The store is always well kept and organized. I've been to other UPS stores, and they make me not want to go to a UPS store ever again. Luckily, this store has redemption qualities and they inspire me not to want to take my business elsewhere.
