I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unwelcoming from the start -- I wasn't even greeted and instead felt like demands were being made in a disrespectful way. The woman who assisted me was extremely rude and came across as very dismissive and unprofessional. sent someone to do fingerprints here today and their worker Bella was super rude. This lady was extremely rude for no reason , she told Bella what she was here for and she rolled her eyes & snatched the ID from Her hand. Another Customer walked in (a white customer) and was greeted with a smile while my person got the same rude attitude. Very unprofessional for such a good establishment. We had a priority overnight shipment via UPS that was delivered a day late because PostNet did not give it to the UPS driver the day we dropped it off. The person at the store (who was extremely rude) tried to blame it on the UPS driver, saying it must have sat on the truck for a day. Drivers don't put packages on their trucks without scanning them first, so the idea a package would have just sat around unprocessed for a day is kind of a joke. That said I wouldn't be leaving a bad review if the person at the store was helpful in processing a refund, which has to done at the store that accepted the shipment in order to get repayment from UPS. If it wasn't Postnet's fault, why not be helpful to track down a refund? Instead I got rude and argumentative. We are out $200 and a missed day of vacation (had to wait for the package to arrive) because PostNet was too disorganized to make sure they got the package to UPS. If you need something important sent, take your $ direct to UPS, FedEx or USPS. PostNet will take your money and get around to shipping the package when they feel like it. read more

Went to have to my fingerprints scanned for work and have never seen such a lazy staff. I've been fingerprinted for government forms before and the Kiosk let's you insert your appoint number or last name. They refused to put in my last name even though they had confirmation that my appointment was at 13:10. They said it was policy, and that the last name wouldn't suffice, despite showing two forms of ID. So they had me call the customer service desk of fieldprint and stand at the front desk for 15 minutes before she finally got up out of her chair and input my LAST NAME, and proceeded with the finger printing service. Absolutely unprofessional. My response to their reply on google: "I was 10 minutes early, and was on my lunch break which was used to complete this task, there was no one in the shop but me so you weren't exactly slammed. I didn't complain because I know the service would eventually be completed eventually. Complaining gets you nowhere. Your lack of professionalism in your response and your inability to take responsibility does a great job outlining the attitude of this store and why you received a one star review. I'm glad our business is complete. I wish you the best." read more

I've been here twice and will be coming here for my shipping needs in the future! I had my finger prints done here for my new job and the procedure was painless (besides one of my pinky fingers refusing to be scanned properly...) and the employee was so polite. My finger prints went through just fine for my background check! I also shipped something back to my previous job and the manager who took care of me, Nicole, was so friendly and professional. I often get overwhelmed at UPS and FedEx (always super busy, confusing directions/questions, etc.) but always feel comfortable and taken care of at PostNet. read more

Went in with a friend to get her fingerprints taken. The man wasn't practicing social distancing and standing too close to her. He was pressing her hand with his own hands ( with the pandemic still going on) and even though the machine said 'donot roll the finger', he kept rolling her finger. It took way too long for a simple task. In the process, he was also making middle finger jokes. It was a weird experience and also he wasn't trained to take fingerprints. A couple of days ago, I attended PostNet's in Atlanta - Buckhead, I was on my way to work and I did not have time to waste, but I did have a million copies to make (bad combination, right?) ... Enter the store and a boy came to attend me very kindly, was diligent, was fast, was effective, after he was attending me I realized that I had entered before the opening time (and only God knows how much I hate that kind of customers who do not respect the schedules and wait to be treated as VIP, because the process of opening and closing a store is something that takes time and not everyone understands) anyway, this guy KEVIN was absolutely INCREDIBLE, cordial at all times and despite everything What I had to do, Thanks to him I arrived on time for my work, with everything ready and the copies of excellent quality !!!
