I cant speak to the other reviews, only to my personal experience, but I just had a great interaction! The line was out the door so I was nervous, however it only took 4 minutes for me to reach the representative. I could tell they were both a little overwhelmed but they were still positive and friendly. They focus on each individual, and while this may result in a conversation, I think this is a good thing! They humanize you and don't treat you transactionally. I personally recommend this location! read more

I called today to find out how much a print out is for a B&W page and I was told 20 cents even if I send the return receipt via email to the store. When I arrived there I was charged $2.70 computer use and additional 20 cents for the second page. Why did you told me something else on the phone and I make the trip and then you going to apologize and charge me the $2.70. Avoid this place!!! read more

I am very impressed with the helpful service I have received at the UPS stores! Especially with printing documents in any form -- on your phone, email attachments, photos, you name it! The staff is cheerful and will not make you feel stupid because you are not cutting-edge computer savvy. They can help pack returns, and will handle deliveries via USPS, as well. I was in and out in 10 minutes, having mailed two unpackaged deliveries. What a pleasure it was!! The line moved quickly, tape, envelopes, printers and copy machines were handy, and did I mention the staff? Soooo helpful!! Plenty of parking available. I'm not big in reviewing chains, but believe in giving credit when credit is due. The low ratings at this location are unwarranted. Rachel (I think) was a nice manager that helped me with a multi box return to amazon that amazon royally fucked up. It was a frustrating scenario, but she handled it with professional ease. For me, I'm more of a shopper and returns are not my thing. In this case there was a lot of money on the line, I had to deal. It was a relief to have someone in my corner. read more

I called the store and the lady lied to me saying that she was there they were all there but there's no way I'm not an idiot. She said "we're you at the wrong store"? What kind of an idiot do you think I am and she instantly started defending herself because I caught her in a lie!!! To UPS corporate, please shut thins branch down. I've been to this location three times now. Each time, to facilitate Amazon returns (free of charge to me with no box). The location is extremely convenient as I work a block and a half away. In my experience, there is always at least one spot close to the storefront open and waiting when I pull in. The space is small yet spacious. They have what appears to be PO Box style mailboxes on the left when you first walk in. Toward the back, they have a small retail wall with bubble padded envelopes, pens, tape, etc. available if needed. They also have a standing tower with many cards to choose from. Across from the retail wall are two cash registers and scales. It's all very efficient. The first time in the store I waited at most a minute for my turn (how awesome is that?) The entire process is the easiest thing - hand them the item you're returning, show them the QR code so they can scan it, and wait for the labels to print (one is your receipt). The best part? Amazon usually processed your refund within 30 minutes of dropping off the item (in my experience). I googled this location and drove 15 minutes to get here. The sign said it opened at 830. I arrived at 848, no one was here. I proceeded to wait until 910 and still no one showed up. There are several people waiting and they decided to leave. This is very unprofessional and every review that makes the same claim is accurate. read more

Four years ago, I signed up for UPS My Choice because UPS drivers are often unable to enter my secure building and usually deliver while I am at work. Although I prefer to use the other shipping company, whenever someone has sent a package to me through UPS (probably 8 to 10 times), it has gone to the UPS Store in Englewood where I have then picked it up. Yesterday, I picked up a package that someone had sent to me as a surprise gift. The UPS Store proceeded to charge me $5 to retrieve the package. This had never happened before. So the sender had to pay to get the gift to me and I had to pay in order to pick up the package. What a rip-off! Don't use this store if you can avoid it. read more

Store hours posted on their front door say that they open at 8:30am. Arrived at 8:25am and waited at the door until 8:40am. There was still no sign of anyone. The lights were off and the store was locked up tight. I called the phone number a couple times but did not get an answer. Eventually had to leave so I could make it to work on time. read more

Lady on the phone, one black customer , one brown , she never greeted no one, she went inside the office, came back , nothing . If she us the owner it's failing , put on hold the phone inquire for 2 min , and take care of waiting customers. Losing my business , losing money. Very poor customer service from this store. I have given this store multiple chances to resolve the issues I had in the past and continue to have the same issues. Previously sent a package and it was delivered right back to my address. Another issue with a lost tracking number. Most recently paid for a package to be delivered the next day and still haven't received the package. I was told to call the Post Office as it wasn't their problem. Funny how they make you pay for a service, but then can't guarantee the service and won't refund me for the extra cost associated with the package. Seems like poor customer service to me. Oh and don't buy stamps there it will cost you $15.00 when stamps are $9.80. I was told it was because "they have to drive and get the stamps." The Post Office is less than .5 miles from this store...seems ironic to me. Do yourself a favor and ship from the Post Office or FedEx, not worth the hassle. Won't be back. read more

Boy do I wish that I would have read the reviews before going to this location. I mailed a custom oil painting that I had done of my late wife and 4 of her grandchildren. Well ,the painting was destroyed in shipping. I had bought the additional insurance. I called the store to report the claim and that was a nightmare. I have been dealing with this for over 3 months and still no resolution! I have been in the service industry my entire career so I am very hesitant in writing a negative review. I have sent the owner, Mary, at least 8 emails and as many phone calls. She has never emailed me or called once. She told me that she filed a claim and that it was denied. She offered to reimburse me the $45 that I paid for shipping (the painting was valued at over $400). She said that she would refile the claim which was also denied. I finally got fed up with dealing with Mary, so I contacted UPS Corporate. After talking with them, they informed me that there was never a claim filed! Mary flat out lied to me. She was full of excuses every time that I talked to her. She was rude and a liar. Shame on you UPS for allowing someone like this to represent your company. She should not be allowed to operate any kind of business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes down Broadway to the Littleton location where you will receive much better customer service. I brought in some china to receive an estimate to ship it. I brought in one of each piece and the man working there gave me a quote of $75 to ship the china. I really thought this was too good to be true - I told him over and over again it was a 12 piece set, etc. He assured me that that was the price. I asked if there was anything he could do to print the estimate. He said he didn't know how. I went back 2 days later to ship the china. I brought it in and the immediate response was, "he doesn't know..." from the store employee. Not understanding what she meant, I asked her to elaborate. She stated that china is, "much more expensive" (which I was expecting it to be) and called the owner. The owner stated the price would be closer to $300. I asked if there was any way that they could work with me on the price as their employee was so vastly off - I was willing to pay more, maybe meet in the middle or a bit more - and the immediate response was, "he's just a part time employee, we can't be held responsible for what he says." I suggested that the employee be better trained, but took the china with me and went down the street to the Littleton location. I will post about my (positive) experience there on their page. After filing a formal complaint with the UPS corporate office, the store owner (who was not in the store when I went in either time) stated that I was, "disruptive and caused a scene" and therefore the store was firing me as a customer. Certainly, I asked the question regarding whether or not they could work with us on the price but never raised my voice nor stayed there longer than necessary once the answer to my question was no. In the end, we ended up shipping the china from the Littleton location. I will not be back, and I hope that this is a cautionary tale to others as well! read more

I totally understand the poor reviews of this store. My husband and I went in to get some documents notarized and the older lady who works there acted like we asked her to donate a kidney or something. She kept sighing and saying if she got busy all the sudden she wouldn't be able to notarize our two documents. Granted, this was 10 minutes after the store opened and there was not a single other person in the store. I don't understand why this woman is employed here if she is unwilling to do her simple UPS Store duties. read more

How does UPS expand a global footprint without a proper customer service representative training system in place? I was supposed to receive a package, a cake, in two days to arrive on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We were following the GPS movement of the truck and the truck was represented as in our neighborhood. We waited until 10PM. The package was never delivered. We were told the package would be delivered on the Friday after thanksgiving. Again, we waited until 10 PM watching the truck. At one point, the GPS tracking showed the truck two doors away. We did not see a truck. I called the customer service and was assured the package would be delivered that day by end of day. It was not. On Saturday, we asked the package to be delivered to a UPS pick up point. We received conflicting electronic communication the package would be delivered between 1 and 3 then between 730 and 930. The pick up location was not be open at 730. The office is closed on Sunday. We received a notification on Monday the package was at the pick up location. I called the location and was told the package would be delivered on Tuesday. At this point, I called the vendor to ask for a refund. The vendor said they would send a replacement cake. I received no further communication until 12/10 at 1PM saying the package had been requested to be returned to vendor and I needed to pick it up. I called the UPS pick up location and was assured the package was at the store. I went to the store around 430 local time. I brought my ID. Initially I was working with one customer service representative who could not find the package. I was readying my ID because I had purchased the cake. I had it sent to my son. I did not know if the package was the original package or was the replacement package. A second customer representative popped up and said I could not have the package, although I had worked with the initial representative and had the electronic communication AND ID. She had placed the package with my son's name on the floor. I was not going to argue further, and I took the package. The second representative physically accosted me.. She told me I was an "old person without any sense". I told her to please call the police,and i gave her my name and phone number. She continued to PHYSICALLY accost me,. She followed me to my car and continually shut my car doors. I released the package and called 911. The police came and identified me and spoke with her. They accompanied me back in the store to retrieve my package. The second representative then made me wait in line again and instead of asking for ID, she asked me for the emails I had received. AFTER I had already given her my ID AND I had been identified by the police.At this point, I said I did not want the package because this was too much to retrieve a package. I am on my way to pick up the incident report filed with the police. The store was at 3531 S Logan Street, Englewood CO 80113. the cake at this point is over two weeks old and due to the mishandling of the second Representative damaged beyond repair and inedible. I am not sure what training methods utilized by UPS, but I highly suggest a review of them. If I had behaved in this manner in my employment, I would have been terminated immediately. it appears bad customer service is not only tolerated, but it appears to be par for the course read more

I tried to drop off a UPS package at this location after being directed here from UPS Corporate. It was already labeled and ready to ship. The owner or clerk told me that the package was too big!! The package was 6 feet long by 8 inches wide. I went back home and called UPS corporate again who called the store while I was on hold. When the UPS corporate operator returned to our conversation she told me they must have bad service! Not even the corporate office could get any answers. UPS corporate then directed me to another location for drop off much further away. The bottom line is the UPS store is nothing more than an overpriced packaging outfit. Go to USPS and use their priority boxes. It ranges from five dollars to $20 any weight as long as it fits in the box read more

I went into get something printed and it was a low total. She huffed when I pulled out my debit card and said that costs her more than she's making. She then just turned around walking away and said "I guess I'll pay for it." Without even asking if I had cash or anything. She was done acknowledging me then. I walked out to my car and got $.50 and walked back in and put it on the counter she looked at me caught off guard and said "oh okay" - super rude and unprofessional. Store doesn't follow corporate policy. The owner won't let you email documents to her so you can pay for printing. She was unwilling to help and told me to go to Office Depot instead. She said there was no way for her to print out a pdf for me, which is ridiculous. Her excuse was that she was alone and that another customer was about to come in.
