The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. Additionally, there were several scratches and damages to the walls of my brand-new home, which was very disappointing. As a teacher, I am mindful about where I spend my money, and I expect honesty and professionalism from the companies I work with. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values.
