Not so, I was immediately reminded that this is a laundromat like no other. Clean from bottom to top is what people always remarked on but there is much more that sets this [place apart from its competitors. The staff here is nothong short af astonishing; with their ability to juggle all of the tasks which keep them so busy during their shifts youy would think grumpiness and irritation would be the mood of the place but far from it. The employees :Tina, Cindy, & Terry are all wonderful people who will go out of their way to help and they are never too busy to listen to a customers concern or even an interesting anecdote. Miss Cindy and Tina also have interesting anecdotes as well if you can slow them down enough to share them. And then of course there is Chris. The owner and heart of the laundry. I do not know of someone who is so well able to balance kindness and consistency with the rules..rarely , if ebver has a customer walked away from speaking with Chris with less than a satisfied smile on their face. He is the best boss i have ever had. Truly they deserve % stars but I am giving them 4 and only because Im not there anymore. Still there is not a finer cleaners in town or out,

When my suits was returned to me the white suit was scorched on the inside lapel, it was torn or cut or something, not sure what happened to it. But when I returned it to them, I was told Clifford said it couldn't have happened there because it would have had an oil stain. I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. But I told his employers to tell him I could not perform my duties on sun morning with a spot in the middle of my white skirt, We never had this problem when Quality cleaners was serving our clothes for over 40 years. I will not be using them again. I was told Clifford said he will reimburse me for cleaning the suit, As I stated it was not cleaned it was new, all it needed was for the wrinkles to be pressed out. This time they either had some new people or someone who didn't want to be working when they cleaned our clothing. They ruined a silk scarf, an Eileen Fisher Blouse, Sweater, Cocktail dress, Capri Pants, and a shawl. They pressed wrinkles into shirts. When I called they offered to reclean the items. That was a nice gesture, but I decided that they had already cost me a couple of thousand dollars since what they ruined had only been cleaned once before and was still basically new. I couldn't afford to have them ruin anything else. I hate that it happened. They had been very good in the past.

I have tried calling them and the phone doesn't even seem to be working. This place has really gone downhill since the new owner took over. One time they ran out of starch, another time the breaker box was hit by lightning and a lot of the times the phones do not seem to work at all and sometimes they seem to lose my clothes, but i eventually get them back. I tried calling the Mobile location and the Fairhope location and nothing. No dial tone! I may have to switch dry cleaners and from what I have experienced, they all have issues in the Fairhope area! I can't seem to find a dry cleaning service in Fairhope that can do everything correctly, especially special requests!

They offer a machine that gives you their coins to pay for the machine but they are $1 each, they have the washing machines at $8.50 or $6.50 and they wanted me to just leave it as it was. I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. I don't know... I may not understand business The place was clean and people were using machines. They also offer wash and fold and laundry by the pound.

A12 did a great job, finally, after having to run it through a 2nd time. I did notice the issue with load options that had a $.50 selection offered. These machines only take $1 coins. That was a bit frustrating as the one I needed included the .50. So I opted for the one without the additional .50. That could definitely use some help. Other than that, the location is clean, and the owner was great to work with.

In doing a survey of friends and neighbors, no one could think of a place to recommend. So, I jumped of good ole faithful, Yelp, my go to site for this new resident. I found Jaguar and decided to call. The clerk was very friendly and assured me that they could handle my items. I explained that the comforter is very heavy and wet would be very awkward to handle. She was very reassuring about their service so I took my items that afternoon. She was very helpful, explained when we could expect the items to be done then took my cell number for notification. I took them on Tuesday afternoon just prior to closing. She said I might expect them by Thursday but most likely Friday. On Thursday I received the text that I could pickup my cleaning, however, I couldn't make it until Friday. I have to say I was so surprised how wonderful they turned out! I definitely recommend this company and can't wait to let them clean my angora sweater set my husband gifted me!

They also have a change machine so no need to worry about quarters. The washers are not cheap so be mindful. The average for a small one is between $4-$6 the bigger ones are $7-$10 but in a pinch it's well worth it. The laundry mat attendant was nice and kept busy cleaning the place. They have a drink and vending machine and a tv was on so it's not a bad place to clean your clothes at all. I'll return if I need to!
