Brian is the employee who weighed and put labels on my items, Zander is the manager who assisted. Mu purcahse was tax exempt (I needed boes) and Zander tried his hardest, but for some reason the tax exempt function wasn't working. He was diligent about trying to get it to work, but that's okay. Brian carried the boxes I purchased to my car in the FREEZING COLD with a smile on his face and was kind, patient, and helpful. Both were there when I came back the next day and Brian was ready to work. They even let us use a dolly to bring in all our boxes. I will definitely return for their friendly service. A decent store. My only problem, is getting in and out of this busy area. This part of the county is high density. Yet I usually do my e commerce shipping here. In brown trucks I trust. They have made things easier to do, and this is quite helpful. My only complaint is, sometimes FedEx and the USPS are cheaper. The amount isn't huge, but I like to make money as much as possible. To this stores credit, conscientious employees are working here. The reliability factor is good to go. That's a reason to consider this store. Also they sell shipping supplies, so it's one stop shopping for most. read more

The service from Manager Lubna is extremely unhygienic and irresponsible. No gloves, using bare hands to touch the screens and hand people pens. I come to the UPS Store for a variety of needs, copying large documents and shipping being my primary interests. I highly recommend this store because service is both fast and done well. Most recently I had a 30 page document that needed to be copied and then mailed - quickly - to a medical specialist I am seeing. 10 days before I had 60 pages of medical reports to send, I was helped immediately, documents were copied and then packaged to mail to the doctor to arrive the next day. And each one got there the next day. Costs are very reasonable, with postage being the main cost and service being quite reasonable. With gas prices as high as they are now, postage was less than gas cost for round trip drive to the doctor's office not to mention the value of my time. Large jobs are often discounted. Convenience and reliably accurate services will bring me back again. Give them a try. read more

We have a mailbox here; so the staff know us. I keep forgetting my key. They never complain about opening the box. Packages are delivered directly from Amazon. Alexa gives the notifications. Then we know to head to UPS. Smooth, easy, reliable system. (We had to turn Amazon shopping off. It proved itself to be t o o easy. The parrot had started a shopping list somehow. Too dangerous. Who knows what he'll order.) The store is not busy in the morning if you're in a hurry. So, if you can, go then. Afternoons, weekends, holidays the store is busy. Lines can get long. (Store still observes social distancing nicely.) The line snakes outside then. But only briefly. Additional staff stop what they 're doing and help out. There is one young man who is really fast. He opens multiple lanes and gets everybody working on their items. Minimal down time. The staff are even considerate and loan out their hand truck if you have a really heavy package or way too many. Really appreciate that. (Have gait issues.) Almost forgot; they have notary service. Great help for official documents. All-in-all this is a great place to get your office stuff done reliably and quickly. Nice people, too. read more

I go to this location a lot lately, mostly to drop off items to be returned to Amazon. It's so incredibly convenient to just hand them the items and have them scan in the code. They box the items and return them to Amazon for me. I really hope Amazon is paying them for the service!! The people are always incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly, which I especially appreciate because I always feel kind of funny going to a UPS store and not purchasing anything! They are located in the same plaza as Aldi and Starbucks, among many other places, so I usually visit many places when I'm there! Very convenient! I use up the money I'm getting back from Amazon right away! :) read more

I have gone to this UPS location both before and during the pandemic. I have since decided to drive to a further location for better service. This location consistently gives misinformation about prices. I have gotten different responses based on who answers the phone when I call or who is at the counter when I walk in. I have also had a couple of incidents during the pandemic that I felt were not sanitary. One visit I went to see the notary, she had no mask on and I believe was eating lunch while she came out to review my papers, and try to hand me the same pen she was using to sign the documents, which I refused because she also did not wear gloves. On a separate occasion I called ahead of time to see if I could send a package out. The person who answered informed me that I would be good to go but did not tell me that their process for printing labels are aimed toward amazon only. I went to a different location and got help without a problem. read more

Shipping stuff is annoying at best and a total horror show at worst. The prices and available shipping methods seem arbitrary at times and you have no idea what options are really available. You just want your package to arrive on time, intact, and for a decent price. These guys are fast, knowledgeable, helpful and get the job done. It's probably a bit pricier but skip the post office lines and hassle and just ship your packages here. read more

Not only were the items carefully packed, they did not use excessive packaging like a lot of places do, and the best part is that my package arrived just 24 hours after I called Mokha to have the items picked up! Every time I walk in here, the employees stare at me, and look confused. They have this clueless expression on their face, and they often don't greet meet. It's weird. Last time I went, the Indian lady didn't say a word to me. No greeting. Strange store. If you want to have people stare at you, instead of doing their job, this is the place. The packing was superb, layer on layer of protective bubble wrap in a sturdy UPS box. For the modest cost of the item's retrieval and shipping, I received 5 star service. Highly recommend. The UPS store in Arlington that I used to go to was so helpful. Helped me seal up packages, printed out labels, accepted USPS letters, knew your name. You saw the same people there each time you went and they were always friendly. This one doesn't do anything for you and will just stand there and watch you struggle - now and before covid. It apparently costs $2.25 just to print out a prepaid label at the counter or if you use their computer/printer. $2.25 for a scan and print of a half sheet of paper? On top of shipping? We're paying extra for the service but you won't get that here. Thanks for doing bare minimum. read more

Both an employee named Himagiri and the manager went above and beyond to help me package and address each item, and never made me feel rushed! The service here is excellent! When I came last, there was a line, but the employees were extremely polite and acknowledged everyone who was waiting. They were efficient and apologized for the wait, letting us know they would be with us soon. I faxed something for work, and they gave me the confirmation page to ensure it was sent properly. I also needed something mailed, and was able to purchase the correct size envelope for my materials. Rep tried to help me ship some Verizon cable boxes back to Verizon. Verizon messed up and only allowed me to ship 6 boxes back. I had a 7th. I then got on the phone with Verizon and about 15 minutes later, I was provided a label to ship. UPS rep said I'd have to box it and place the label on the box myself. He then decided to help me out by reusing an old Amazon box. Then proceeded to download and print the label for me after I forwarded him an email with the label. He then asked me for $2 for "file retrieval" which was the cost to get on their email and download the label and print it. I legitimately thought he was messing with me. Instead of arguing, I paid $2 just to get out of the store and get it over with. FedEx has downloaded and printed labels for me many times at different locations for free. This was frustrating because the UPS rep knew it was a mistake by Verizon which I had to call Verizon to try to fix. However Verizon rep was only able to provide a label for me. UPS guy could've easily just "retrieved" the file from the email and printed it without charging the $2. Or at least given me the heads up that it would be $2 before boxing it, downloading the label, and printing it. read more

Friendly service. However, I feel like I am constantly ripped off everytime I ship a package, to the point where I will no longer visit this location. Today I shipped an item to New Jersey and it costs me $19.20. The wrapping and packaging was $6.67 and the box that the item was put it was way too big. The package was being shipped to New Jersey and it I am pretty sure it was sent overnight or rush delivery which is what I specifically did not ask for. Don't waste your time or money. I brought several large, fragile shipping requests into the store to ship from East to West coast on two occasions. On the first occasion, Jordan helped me bring several oversized items into the store. Lubria went above and beyond to find packaging solutions at a good cost. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. On another occasion, Lubria and Adrian helped me again with oversized fragile items. Very frustrated with this particular store. Went in yesterday at 6 pm. Had my own UPS label. They didn't have a legal size envelope for my legal documents that needed to be overnighted, so they charged me for a box (which is ok I guess). The UPS guy is there loading the truck and the guy behind the counter swears up and down that he'll make sure the box gets on the truck that night. NOPE!!! Didn't happen. What a liar!!! I called them to find out the cost for each to print. They told me they charge $.39 per page. This is more than double the cost for a standard black and white page. When I got there they took long to serve me and did not mention over the phone that there is a $2 retrieval fee in addition to getting to getting the pages. Paid $3.24 to print 3 pages ridiculous. Despite the forever-changing staff, they have always been a fair bunch. But recently, the teen and the little old lady manager were working in the store when I came in. As I was printing things out, I overheard the manager refer to me as "the Mexican girl" as well as telling the teen to make sure I don't steal and break anything like my "friends" do. I tried to be peaceful about it and explain how rude she was, but she then started yelling at me and breathing hot air in my face.
