Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. I can attest to that because I was at a UPS store in Sterling last week and that is how much it was, $3. If you think it's too expensive, buy yourself a printer and stop complaining, sir. Based on other yelper reviews I went here for passport pictures. Unfortunately there was a gaffe on my part when I applied to renew my passport and I had to submit new photos. In the past I've had mixed experiences in going to other places which usually required visiting more than one place to get my pictures done which can be kind of annoying. I walked in the very nice gentleman told me not a problem, got everything set up as per the photo requirements, and about 5 minutes later and a little over 10 bucks I had 2 passport sized photographs. Easy, friendly, and everything was working and ready to go which is more than I can say from my other passport/visa photo experiences of the past. I would gladly recommend this place to others if you need a passport or visa photo done. read more

Amazing service and will be going back for all my postal needs. It's very difficult to find a notary that is still open after 4PM. Postal Plus has an onsite notary M-F until 7PM for only $5 a stamp! Postal Plus is my go to for all my shipping needs. So much faster, more efficient and more friendly than going to the Post Office, UPS Store or FedEx. The staff always checks to see which method will be most cost effective. Recently, I shipped 17 different padded envelopes all which needed to be addressed and labeled individually. The owner told me that I did not need to wait. He would label all the envelopes and then call me with the total so I could pay over the phone. So thoughtful and saved me time. When I called to verify that Postal Plus could do Canadian passport photos Sunny (the owner) assured me it'd be no problem. When I got there my photo was taken and the passport shipped with ease and assurance. What's more is that he has an amazing camera that can do passport photos in virtually any country format! Lastly, his price, he is 50% cheaper than market. He explained that he had paid off the camera and felt it was best for his customers. I called ahead to make sure I didn't need to have an appointment for Passport Photos. When the gentlemen answered the phone he had a sunny disposition and state there wasn't a wait but to come right in. Once I arrived with my 2 toddlers in tow. He took us immediately; we were in out with our photos in a matter of minutes. Not only were we in out quickly but he generously gave me little treats and a toy a piece. Such a great place. As soon as I entered, a gentleman enthusiastically greeted me, accepted my items and expertly packed them into a box using bubble wrap and packing peanuts. He quickly and politely took my information, advised me of the best shipping method, and highlighted the tracking number on the receipt. I sent my package USPS because the destination was a PO Box but they offer FedEx and other shipping companies as well. Do not use Postal Plus for FedEx Ground shipping. I've used Postal Plus for a few years and never had a bad experience here until a couple weeks ago when I had to ship some packages FedEx Ground via my account. The owner was helpful and gave me an Express form to fill out. I asked him point blank--twice--if this was the correct form because I wanted to send via Ground and make completely sure I was not charged for Express. He assured me that there was no such other form for Ground and if it took the same amount of time they would charge for Ground. I received my FedEx invoice and he was completely wrong. They did indeed charge for Express, $140, when it should have been around $30 for Ground. The fact that the owner himself could provide such wrong information about his own business is baffling. I emailed him one week ago to give him a change to explain before writing this review and was ignored. I will never go back. read more
