Every single person here is helpful, kind, and incredibly efficient, but Jay and John have gone out of their way for me more times than I can count. Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. I can attest to that because I was at a UPS store in Sterling last week and that is how much it was, $3. If you think it's too expensive, buy yourself a printer and stop complaining, sir. Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. He snickered and didn't respond. I asked again, "Does that mean I can use your tape or do I have to buy it?" He finally said I would need to buy it. So I purchased the tape and got in line. While I was taping up my boxes, I overheard him offer to tape two other women's boxes for them at no charge. That's when I became concerned about the inconsistency. When I got to the counter, I politely asked why I was required to buy tape while he offered to tape their boxes. He snickered again and refused to answer me. After snickering more times and ignoring me for several minutes. He avoided eye contact and would not respond directly to my question. I told him I was just asking for clarification and didn't understand why he wouldn't communicate with me. After repeatedly asking for an explanation, he finally said, "Those were Amazon packages." I explained that mine were Amazon packages too, but he still didn't provide a clear answer and continued to ignore me. I then asked for his name, and he refused to give it to me. In the end, he charged me $4.99 plus tax for the tape anyway. I have never experienced this level of dismissiveness and unprofessional behavior. Being ignored, snickered at, treated inconsistently in front of other customers, and then refused a name when I asked was extremely frustrating. I'm a regular customer, and this experience was very disappointing.

They have Day Offices, hoteling space, biz lounges, conference rooms, training rooms, they have a wide variety of choices to meet your needs based on what you need that day(which for me, differs from one day to the next) I walked in but I found out they have these MEMBER ACCESS CARDS for about $60. Per month that give me access to all of their office buildings around the entire metro area AND their online space booking system if I want to make sure to have a certain meeting space or office but with the card I can pop in at any office and use business lounge or executive cafés that have lounge type seating or table/bar seating, free wifi, free copies & printing, free coffee, spring water....it's unbelievably nice! And totally productive time spent there, everything & anything I needed to work at my fingertips; they even had lunch delivered right to my Day Office! I've used them a lot since my first visit ams will continue to do so!
