Ultra quick employees, whom I've personally been in there with 5-6 customers in front of me. Where I barely had to wait because they were beyond helpful, quick, and knew their job very well. The parking in that small strip mall is a bit rough, but that does not reflect on the UPS store. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. My last experience there I had a medication drop off at the UPs store, which was difficult to find a month prior. But was found within a few minutes. A month later the gentleman that helped me remembered who I was without having to see my license and grabbed my package right away by memory. I was awestruck that he was able to both remember who I was and my name having grabbed my delivery prior to my even showing my license. I'm sad to see some poor ratings on this store, as all I have seen there are members of the UPS team working as quickly as possible all the time being friendly, even while it's during a busy time I.E. around 5:10 or so when everyone gets out of work. By all means I have had great experiences there & can only recommend the UPS store in Flemington. read more

Want to commend this UPS Store location for packing and shipping a porcelain figurine obtained from Dennis Auction Services in August 2025. It was swaddled in layers of bubble wrap and other packing materials and arrived safely. read more

Paid in advance to have important art works packed and shipped after a local Rago auction. Before shipping was done, I discussed with the agent, Tory, whether she knew how to handle the particular art works. I was smugly reassured that they do it "all the time." But, they recklessly packed the art like a third grader with an overfilled bladder and ADHD. The art was removed from individual wrapping and stacked atop each other without any protective cover and without adequate margins for safety from the edges; corners were sloppily folded from old UPS return labels that failed, so that the art floated free as the box was manhandled in transit negligently causing extensive damage and total destruction of 4 of 5 art works. Employee, Terry, handles damages claims with enough frequency that he has extensive anecdotal experience with the adjusters. Terry also admitted that the art was improperly and carelessly packed. It's been almost a month since nearly $10k in damage was reported together with photographs of sloppy mishandling. Rago executive management looked at the images after personally examining the auctioned art before delivery to The UPS Store and confirmed the negligent packing and handling and destruction of the art works. But, Terry is processing the claim with the urgency of a slug en route to a salt convention. The damage and causation is irrefutable but the only response is foot dragging and excuses. Honestly , the worse UPS store I have ever visited . The counter help is completely un trained in customer service . The pricing for boxes are astronomical and the location is a pain in the ass to get out of . It's a better idea to go across the road to Staples who has a UPS drop off counter with friendly helpful service . read more

This store used to be great. Save yourself the grief and go across the way to Staples. You have a rude obnoxious I don't know what he is... Maybe a manager... who yells at me,,, I didn't know my pkg had to go to Staples... The girl waits to the end and charges me $1 to tape a small package ,,which in all the years and all the time something that small i never had to pay. He yells again "the sign is over the doorway". Then she throws the package down ,and says it goes to Staples. The "Manager" yells at me saying" I told you it goes to Staples".. .Why is it people who hate people are in people jobs??? Staples was great. They couldn't believe they charged me a $1 to tape such a small package. I will forever go to Staples. read more

Skip this place unless you enjoy rude unfriendly service. I should have turned around when I saw the guy in the back throwing packages around like they were bricks but I didn't. I have been shipping packages for the last 30 years and I never had a bad experience at any UPS or FedEx store before. They are just rude and unfriendly; they act like they are doing you a favor and not paying for their service. It's also the only place that I have ever shipped from where there is an additional charge to tape the top of your package. There are plenty of other locations around that would appreciate your business. This place clearly isn't one of them. read more

After paying for my UPS shipment, a critical piece of Identification fell out of my wallet. On my way to my car I hear, "Excuse me ma'am," I think, what did I do? There is Robin, the gentleman who helped me with my shipment, holding up the ID card. I said OMG thank you! Thank you Robin, for discovering it, and bringing it out to me. The girl assistant manager has a bad attitude, rude, nasty and disrespectful. She messed up my shipping order had to go back twice. She got the nerve to tell me not to come back to that location and go to a different one. She has Zero customer service, not doing her job correctly and chasing customers away. read more

I used this UPS Store #1752 in Flemington, NJ to pick up, pack and ship an item for me from Rago-Wright Auctioneers. They got me an estimate quickly and came in 30% lower than the UPS Store in Princeton. The package arrived very well packed and no damage to my item. I can only highly recommend. read more

I would not use this store to pack anything other than a brick. I was directed to this store by a local auction house to ship my lots. I gave specific instructions as to how to pack my items as I knew they were not familiar with these products. I might as well have asked a three year old to explain the theory behind black holes in the universe. In most cases my instructions were ignored and caused me grief when the items arrived. The unnecessary use of materials and the unnecessary extra time taken to pack my items cost me many dollars. Was everything done incorrectly? No. But when one pays many many hundreds of dollars, it is not unreasonable to expect premium level service. I did not find that at this UPS Store and would not recommend it. P.S. in one phone conversation with the store I did not find Tory to be rude or offensive in any way. She just did not see the job done properly, from my perspective. read more

What a disappointment. I purchased a large and lightweight bowl from a nearby auction house and was directed to this shipper for an estimate to have it sent to me in California. They initially sent an invoice for a much higher amount; when I questioned the price they said it was a mistake. The adjusted total was $114.88. For that cost, I expected at least a double box and safe, secure packaging. The box was loosely packed with bubble and air pillows--not reinforced or securely packed at all--please see the attached photos. So careless and far too expensive. read more

I purchased something recently at a well established and highly regarded antique auction house in Lambertville, NJ. They recommended the clowns at this UPS store for shipping items purchased at their auction. So far it is clear that this UPS store operates dreadfully slow and must be understaffed. It's been 20 days since the conclusion of the auction and my item has still not been shipped yet. The slowest shipping I've ever seen. They charge dearly for each box and packing materials but are like slugs when it comes to getting things out promptly. Next time I will search around for a shipping service that takes care of it's customers timely. I will also share my experience with the auction house so it doesn't ruin their first class reputation. read more

The store is very small, and staff seem to do nothing to ensure social distancing is maintained. After waiting quite some time for assistance, I had to leave because so many people had entered the store instead of lining up outside as they should have. It's not the job of patrons to enforce safe distancing. Otherwise, my service experiences with this location have been a mixed bag. read more

The UPS Store has been printing all of my marketing materials lately. They are extremely easy to work work, fairly priced and follow up whenever I have questions! It has been a breeze because they offer such a variety of services that I can get all of it done under one roof. They have printed my yard signs, direct mail pieces, door hangers, business cards and brochures which leaves me more time to run my business. read more

I recently brought a set of china in to be shipped to my daughter. I thought I had it packed well, but the gentleman at the store explained to me how packages were handled in transit and what would need to be done to ensure the items arrived safely. In the end, I had them pack the china and boy am I glad I did. They packed it a thousand times better than I had, and every piece arrived in perfect condition. read more
