The parking in that small strip mall is a bit rough, but that does not reflect on the UPS store. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. My last experience there I had a medication drop off at the UPs store, which was difficult to find a month prior. But was found within a few minutes. A month later the gentleman that helped me remembered who I was without having to see my license and grabbed my package right away by memory. I was awestruck that he was able to both remember who I was and my name having grabbed my delivery prior to my even showing my license. I'm sad to see some poor ratings on this store, as all I have seen there are members of the UPS team working as quickly as possible all the time being friendly, even while it's during a busy time I.E. around 5:10 or so when everyone gets out of work. By all means I have had great experiences there & can only recommend the UPS store in Flemington.
