We use this store often and for anything that we want to make sure arrives in good shape wherever we are shipping!

I never use UPS. And today I am justified. No knock, no doorbell ring, just a "sorry we missed you" note slapped on my door. As usual. The phone number is incorrect and the "customer service" line is a robot that repeatedly refuses to get you a representative, and will also HANG UP ON YOU. My package has been taken to a facility for pickup. If I had a car, this would not be a problem. But I don't have a car. That's why I've been getting delivery. So, while Amazon redirects me to UPS for "customer service," UPS has none and refers me back to Amazon. At least at Amazon, I got to talk to a PERSON. It doesn't matter that they're in India or whatever. They HELPED. Whereas UPS was born of Satan's sphincter and actively thrives on inconveniencing people. Don't. Use. UPS. read more

Amazing service by my local UPS office. As elderly woman, I appreciate the respect I was given.

I needed a ton of help and information this morning, and Isaiah was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

This branch of IPS is very good. If you frequent them, as they see you they have already begun to handle your package. The boys are quick and thorough. Never a problem! When it comes to value they do not set the prices so very hard to determine but the convenience of a store near me is priceless! read more

Tryed them out, the old man is a very rude man.. young men in there seemed nice enough, and was gonna use them, then he walked in! Wouldn't do business with anyone with his attitude!! I won't ever be back... he probably don't need to be in customer service at all!! read more

UPS does not offer a local phone number for their Ups Distribution Center in Fort Smith AR. They got rid of bad driver. The new driver takes package to the door and wraps it if raining. If they want to do business in Fort Smith Arkansas they should offer a Fort Smith phone number. read more

I had a huge problem due to misdelivered mail. It was a VERY important package that was time sensitive. When I called the UPS store and inquired, the man who answered the phone could not have cared less!! When I told him I would no longer be using his store for my business he said, "That's not a problem." Really?!?! That's their attitude!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!!! read more

I am studying abroad in January and I needed to mail out my passport to get a visa printed in it. Somewhere along the way, my package got lost and sent to Fort Smith instead of St. Louis. I was on hold with the national UPS support for hours and they were completely unhelpful and pretty rude. As soon as the Fort Smith location opened the next day, I called the store and owner Patrick Cullen helped me to get my package found and turned around to the location I needed. I genuinely thought I was not going to be able to study abroad, so you can imagine how relieved I was when this store took care of my issue without a second thought. I have been using this store regularly for months for my business printing. This time they grossly overcharged me - charging more for black and white printing than for color. When I tried to right the mistake, the guy (who I believe is the manager) insisted the price was correct. I was charged $0.50 for prints which should have been $0.15. There was nothing I could do to convince him there was a mistake. I wish I hadn't paid, but I am certainly not going back there for any reason. read more

My job is IT software and hardware related so I have to do alot of shipping and receiving from different companies, and this UPS Store was by far the best I've been to yet. Even though they were packed with customers when I first went in, they greeted me and tried to triage my problem to tell if it could be solved without me having to wait until the customers in front of me had been served. Unfortunately it couldn't, as I had 10 different things I needed done. Having used UPS Stores before, I thought it would take another 30 min before I would be seen, but they were highly efficient and courteous to the customers in front of me and I was seen not long after. Instead of them trying to sell the most expensive box in the store, they took a couple extra minutes to find out which box would fit my electronics, provide the best protection while being as small as it would allow to save me money on packing and shipping. The owner was also present and doing everything the workers were expected to do, and it has been a similarly pleasant experience everytime I've been in since. If you sell through Amazon or eBay, or deal with alot of incoming and outgoing products, this store is definitely the best in town and probably one of the best I've dealt with in the region. read more
