The phone number is incorrect and the "customer service" line is a robot that repeatedly refuses to get you a representative, and will also HANG UP ON YOU. My package has been taken to a facility for pickup. If I had a car, this would not be a problem. But I don't have a car. That's why I've been getting delivery. So, while Amazon redirects me to UPS for "customer service," UPS has none and refers me back to Amazon. At least at Amazon, I got to talk to a PERSON. It doesn't matter that they're in India or whatever. They HELPED. Whereas UPS was born of Satan's sphincter and actively thrives on inconveniencing people. Don't. Use. UPS.

We come here for business services for printing, an office supplies as well as shipping FedEx…read morepackages. The folks are friendly and the service is quick and they always do an excellent job.

So, This place to me looks like some kinda hide out: Rectangular building, and extremely dark…read moretinted windows. Inside smells a bit like an electrical fire is about to happen inside. And during their busy days, there's a lot of paper everywhere at the self serve work stations x-x The computer stations sometimes frustrate me. Like freezing up, then randomly shutting down. And then taking a while to start back up so I could get my debit card back. If you ever need to have something printed out, ask an employee at the front desk to print it out for you. It saves you an anxiety attack. Copies are a bit $$, but seeing that this is probably the only copying place in town. Its monopoly. The employees up front always offer to help. So that's always a plus for me. But the cost of printing stuff out/ computer work stations makes me a little sad.
