I have found them to be a great place for quick custom orders of several kinds - including big posters and custom printing orders.

Had a bad experience with a office depo worker (Sharon) at this store who didn't know her job very well and wasn't helpful at all and didn't know how to work a computer. She told ME to go online and buy the desk I wanted since she couldn't change the old account address to our new office address that is under my Dr's office account to have it delivered to us ( well she finally changed it after my co worker that was with me showed her how to do it ) .. Sharon also needed my Dr's CC # to pay in the store to hold since Sharon told us that it was pick up only (but online it said delivery 2 business days) but that information should of been in the computer from time before when we bought items. Well I could have ordered online but wanted it delivered in 2 business days since we didn't have a way to put in our cars . I didn't speak to an office manager cause I didn't want to deal with this anymore since I was so frustrated, so I left . But if someone is WILLING to pay a delivery fee even though it says pick up same day only then you should CATER to your customers.. lost my business for sure ..Shame on you ! read more

This Office Depot (Fort Smith) has helped me so many times. The employees have gone out of their way to print things for me and were very patient and helpful to get the print job done right. I have also had helpful employees when I purchased my desk and chair. The employees I have encountered at the checkout have been friendly also. I needed to print off birthday decorations and invitations. Working out off town I had to call and find the best deal I could. For color 110# stock they where 1/2 to 2/3 cheaper than everyone in town. Upon arrival very friendly and helpful! You can also email your files to them! If it wasn't for some things printing front and back and running out off 110 paper I would given 5 stars. read more

I recently purchased a HP Desktop Computer from Office Depot.....only because they happen to have a Window 7. I asked everything be transferred over to the computer, asking icons,favorites, pictures .....basically everything and it be placed and look exactly like my old Dell......everything was transferred over into one folder...............nothing like what I asked to be done.......took it back ........same thing except the put a folder that said "Back UP" on my desktop..............now the second time when I picked it up they told me they could redo it and make everything somewhat like I wanted, but it would costs me more (Remember my old Dell C Drive had been cleaned by now). I am sure most all this was my fault and certainly there was a complete lack of communication..........even though I had written it down on paper for them twice. Horrible Customer Service for someone who knows very little about computers...........I I go back there HELL NO! I may never get the new computer back to what I asked for :( One last thing, when I recently bought a new computer for my wife (windows 8) at Best Buy, they came to our home a transferred all data, soft ware, everything, exactly as it look a d sat in her old computer and "The Geek Squad" was great!!! read more
