This is a horrible UPS Store. I've been there several times and it's always the same story. The lady is in her car smoking and when she comes to the counter she acts like you are bothering her to be there. She has a serious bad attitude. I recently took an Amazon return there on a Monday. when it had not shown movement by the tracking, I called like that Thursday. The lady told me that they had seven days to "pool" the returns together and ship them in one box. So I called back the following Wednesday when the return still wasn't showing movement after nine days. Still the attitude and I was told to call back in 5 minutes she was "with a customer" UPS needs to pull this franchise, it's a disgrace to their Company. read more

Had a large quantity of computer equipment packaged and shipped from this location. It arrived at the recipient destroyed and the local store refuses to provide any contact information for next steps. Moreover, the local store contacted me to tell me, after I asked them to file a claim with UPS, that no one was at the recipient location to take the equipment. UPS sent an inspector to review the packaging and then apparently took it upon themselves to try to take the equipment without even bothering to contact me first. I have no idea what needs to be done for next steps and the local store is either unwilling or unable to help, neither of which is acceptable. read more

Went to return an Amazon package, which should be free. Woman working wanted to charge me $1.50 to use the computer plus the cost to print the label. The woman had a horrible attitude and REEKED of cigarettes. When I got there she was in her car smoking. She hurried inside as me and another customer pulled in. She was rude, snippy and dismissive with the woman infront of me who was returning her cable box. When I got to the counter she never once made eye contact with me and couldn't have cared less about me as a patron of her workplace. Would rate zero stars if possible. read more

Business hours not consistent. I've been to this store, or tried to, and the hours state they should be open but they aren't. Today for example, I stopped at 8:50am and again at 10am and no one was there. Door states they open at 8am. Will no do business here any longer. read more

Recently I sold a dozen of 'clay' roses, very fragile! I took them to the UPS store, provided the information needed and they did it all for me. It arrived at it's destination unharmed. Not a leaf broke not a petal dropped. read more

I had a great experience at this store the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you need something shipped this is the place to go.
