I went to this store Monday to ship a returned item. A $6000 piece of electronic equipment was shipped to me by UPS and it arrived looking like they had used it as a shot put. There was a dinner plate sized hole in the side of the box and all of the knobs on the unit had taken such a hard impact that they had burst through all of the packing materials. Several of the knobs were broken off and looked like they had been crushed with a hammer. The store manager had asked me to explain to UPS all of the damage done BY the ups shipment and asked that they reinforce the packaging any way they could. The counter person referred me to the manager who absolutely refused to do anything. This is consistent with every other time I've visited this location. Take your packages anywhere else, because these people don't care about you or your satisfaction at all. read more

they charge me to tape my package .. 1st she said we will do it complementary and then in the next breath, she charged me two dollars. I will never come here again. The one in fire Road is much better and more friendlier. It's not the principal of the two dollars. The fact that you told me it was gonna be complementary and then you charge me. That's the part that pisses me off. read more

I would do ZERO if I could! This store is absolutely awful. Do yourself a favor and find a different one. I went in with an Amazon return. When I did the return on Amazon it specifically said to just bring in the package. So I did that, told the girl at the front I didn't have the label she said okay you can email it and proceeded to POINT to the email address instead of giving it to me. So I did that, emailed it. She printed it and , Well AFTER she placed it on the package I brought in she proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay $2.13 for a printed piece of paper. I would have came back as I live close with the label. It's not about the money it's the principal. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! Also the girl next to her had an awful attitude and I wasn't in the mood to lose my mind on them. read more

I use this store often and can sincerely say it is always an easy in and out. I've purchased boxes, shipped things and brought in Amazon returns. Staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable and handle transactions quickly. A great little neighborhood store! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I encountered the rudest young man at this store. I came in with a very large box that I struggled to carry from the car and placed on the floor in front of the counter. He says to me "put it on the scale" and stands there watching while I struggle to lift a heavy, long rectangular box off the floor that is 5 times the size of the scale. He made no offer to help me whatsoever. He wasn't busy; I was the only customer in the store. I am a 65 year old woman.; this guy is in his 20's. Who raises a son like that!? The most lazy, disrespectful behavior I have ever seen from a young man. He, his family and the UPS store should be ashamed. He is an embarrassment to all of the hard working, respectful young people out in the workforce. read more

Last Christmas on Tuesday (Christmas was on the following Monday) we sent out some packs to Ohio. What seemed like the owner told us we had to send them 3 Day Select because UPS wouldn't guarantee they would get there by ground. The next day we sent a package through Staples ground. All the packages were delivered on Friday! Another time I asked about getting a photo blown up. They said $60. I just went to Staples and the same size photo was $45! Never again! read more

I absolutely love the guys at the galloway ups. They're always friendly, patient, laid back and efficient. This is honestly my favorite ups location in Atlantic County because its always such a smooth process whenever the guys are working (its often the same 2 or 3 employees every time I go in, and they're always amazing. Sometimes I have my wild toddler with me, and they're so great about grabbing my packages and phone to scan the label so that I can concentrate on holding my son while he tries to squirm loose from my arms. Its a relief. I really have had only great experiences from this location. read more

Extremely disappointed w/ UPS and the Galloway NJ UPS Store. I paid $55 to have a package shipped on Monday and delivered overnight to my son. I was told it was "guaranteed" to be there by noon Tuesday, the next day. When delayed by weather my package was lumped in w/ other packages and I guess lost it "priority" designation. Don't waste your money. My son had to go to the distribution center to pick the package up Thursday night in order to get it before his flight left the next day. I guess if there are any issues "expedited" packages get lumped in w/ all the other packages that are backed up in the distribution center. I will never use UPS again. The package was shipped on Monday 2/25 and arrived in the town my son was staying on Wednesday 2/27 at 5:30 AM. I was told weather was the cause, I get it. There were storms out west and I was okay w/ arriving a day late. Where they lost me was that the package sat for an entire day before it even made it to a truck. With my package finally "out for delivery" on Thursday 2/28 I called the customer service line to get a better status of when my package might arrive. When queried, the "off-shore" team merely read information from the web site anyone had access to.... no insight to conditions on the ground, no contact w/ drivers.... Useless! So much for customer service. After asking the rep to submit a complaint I received a call back from the distribution center. While the woman was pleasant I was repeatedly told that because of weather I could not get any refund for the extra shipping cost. Even after I tried to explain that there were US Postal, and other delivery trucks up and down my son's street all day Wednesday and Thursday and that my package was suppose to be "priority." In the end the package was not even delivered on Thursday. Before completing the day's deliveries the driver had to "return to the distribution center because of curfew." In the end my son had to drive to the delivery center to pick up his package Thursday evening after the truck returned as he was leaving Friday. Funny part was that the UPS website said the package was "delivered", REALLY? read more

I went into this store to purchase brown box/shipping tape. When I walked into the store, what I believe to be the owner, and a female employee were huddled around a desk with an outside sales person. Not only was I not greeted, but I had to go over and ask them if they sold any brown tape. The female sales person, (who seemed like I was bothering her), said she'd need to ask. When she asked the owner, he looked over at me and told her "if it's not on the shelf over there then I guess we don't". At that point, I turned around and said Thanks so much for that, then left the store. I've never gone back, nor will I ever. I will go out of my way and drive to farther away stores because of the pathetic service I experienced, not only by an entry level worker, but also the store owner. So disappointed in my favorite carrier. I paid extra to have two day delivery, but the carrier didn't understand my address at a condominium which is recognized by the USPS, and failed to alert me until the facility was closed. No Saturday delivery,. I needed the information on Friday. The agent insisted that it wasn't a physical address, but it is clearly marked on the street. Why does the UPS carrier refuse to deliver mail that the USPS does every day? Gross incompetence. If I could give the Pleasantville store zero stars I would. read more
