Even when I've had miscommunication with my shipment from the original carrier the UPS rep at the store (D'Aimee) has guided me through the entire process and has helped me receive my packages and on multiple occasions has gotten on the phone with different call centers in order to track my order. I'm in school so I don't have the time to hassle and look for my orders- D'Aimee has made my experience with UPS a very pleasurable one and I would recommend this site to anyone in the Temple University area (ask for D'Aimee). When you've had a long morning or day and your looking forward to receiving your package, you expect to receive it and that you won't have issues. Not only is the customer service prompt, but they are very organized. It also helps when the UPS reps are friendly and make you feel at ease. I would note however a quick drop off may not be possible due to parking challenges since it is a busy area. Also if your label has any issues (my toner was low on a printout) you will have to email them the label PDF (they can't just print out a new label based on the tracking information). So I did find that to be annoying, especially since they already charge for a new label. I don't think it should be that complicated but I hope it is for a valid reason. The folks are usually helpful and diligent so no complaints there.

I've gone there to have things printed, emailed, faxed, and documents notarized. The reason it doesn't receive five stars is because there doesn't seem to be enough staff working there. The wait in line seems quite long, especially when one is in a hurry and the times I've needed something notarized only one of the employees was a notary thus I had to wait for him to finish with a customer before he could help me. Again, though, they're nice young men, the place is clean, and they're competent in their jobs.

I was told 3 times that all my receiver would need was a photo ID that matched the name on the packages. Then, when they arrived, they instead gave us a surprise "storage fee" charge, which no one had told me about when I had asked, and no one would explain the cost assessment for. I had specifically asked about this, and been told would not happen on the phone. It seems like it's a grift that relies on shippers and receivers not communicating, and on them being able to hold the packages hostage once they have them, and can charge people whatever surprise fees they want at that time. Everyone had been *really* nice on the phone when I was looking in to using this spot to ship to - but as soon as the boxes were there, everyone was extremely rude. The self described "supervisor" was shouting at me and speaking over me on the phone, would not listen to me, and when he told me he was going to get the owner on the phone to talk to me, he instead hung up. After the whole ordeal, I was told by my receiver that during my call to try and resolve the surprise fees, I had actually been put on loud speakerphone in the main area of the store, and that they were arguing with me so that everyone in the store could hear it. Avoid this spot - shady business practices, and rude, deceptive workers.

She walked me through the process step by step--ensuring my oversized boxes were securely packaged and tapped and had the appropriate tracking. the way she cared about my move and the shipment of my items needs to be recognized by corporate and she needs to be promoted.
