The service here is so fast and they really enjoy what they do! Last week I brought in an unusual wood basket with a wire handle and other gifts in a too small box. I left everything for them to pack with bubble wrap in the correctly sized box, paid the fee and I was out the door in minutes! Unbelievable! I checked their online hours before heading over as I was passing through town. Online says they close at 3pm. I jetted over and showed up at 2:57pm. Whew!! Just made it!! At least I thought. As I parked and walked up they turned off the OPEN light. The front door was still open, so I cracked the door and asked if I still had time to ship out a package. There were 2 ladies inside. The one behind the register said that she just closed down her register and I could stop in the next day. I let her know I was passing through town and I'll try another place. If you close at 2:57pm, no issues...update your hours online. If online says you're open til 3pm, then stay open until 3pm. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff on duty today (8 JAn 2024) - particularly the manager Miguel and the female employee who worked from the morning to the evening and wears glasses - were awful. They yelled at customers, they belittled people who asked for help, and when customers pointed out they were being rude they told them they didn't care to hear what they had to say. read more

The two men who work here are very rude. One even got rude and loud with my wife because she was told to try back in the morning for a package that she was told to ask for in their store. Firstly, I'd give 100 stars if possible To the NEW employees/owner. A big screw you to the old owners/employees for always being rude, and trying to squeeze every penny from you. This store the last 3 years was AWFUL, from charging me 2$ for a piece of tape, to making me go back home find a better box and reseal it all back up again. The new ownership REALLY saved this store. This UPS store used to be a nightmare of an experience. But the new employees, truly made that a thing of the past. Bethany is so wonderful, and makes everything so effortless for me! I am high risk, but thought dropping off a package would be safe and easy. Nope. When I walked in the girl had her mask hanging under her nose. Then the credit card machine would not work, and she was rude that she had to touch my card. I wasn't going to get close to her without a proper mask. Then I tried to call to discuss this and you can't reach the branch. Frustrating experience. I won't be going to this location again. read more

I had a plant I no longer wanted. My niece wanted it. We live about 2 1/2 hrs apart. I didn't know the next time we would see each other, due to Covid. So decided to UPS it to her. The business had recently been sold to a new owner. I was a little hesitant to ship the plant, kind of embarrassed to do so. I thought someone might look askance at me shipping a plant and not want to help me. There was a young man there who smiled at me and welcomed me (Jamie) and didn't judge me. I told him how I felt, and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable; and I could tell he was going to do his best to help me! I stopped into this store to make a couple of Amazon returns and I have never experienced such unhelpful and straight up rude customer service as I did here. The young cashier rolled his eyes at me at least twice, sighed when I wasn't sure how the Amazon return process worked and put a really bad taste in my mouth with his sarcastic and impatient attitude. I don't normally come to Yelp to complain but he was *that* rude. I came to discover that an elderly woman who had never used the Amazon app had a similarly upsetting experience a day prior. I have used 13 different and great UPS stores for 9 years, and NEVER never had such a bad experience as this gave. It was not once, twice, but three times. The owner manager is out to tell you you are wrong and you are privileged to have his service, if he decides to give it. There was a simple mistake that happened when signing the original lease with them, they forgot to enable things that they checked off were enabled. It was no issue, I'll even pay for the misunderstanding, my company doesn't care. They save thousands a month using these stores. But when I was repeatedly attacked, blamed, belittled in front of other customers (2 of 3 times), argued with over who's right or wrong when that's not even the issue. And, for something I have in writing from them proving it was a simply mixup, I wrote this. read more

This is a fabulous Store with excellent Customer Service. I do a lot of shopping on Amazon due to the COVID-19 virus so end up returning something at least once a week. They are efficient, helpful and absolutely wonderful. The parking is a bit limited so I always try to get there either as soon as they open or avoid the lunch hour. The hours wrong on there website. When they opened an hour later, I was smiles and happy and the was was curt at best. Won't let me talk. I was dropping off a package that had been weight postage on it, ready to go. I had to go through her whole step by step process. I said they might want to update the hours on the website. I just had to ship something in a very specific manner and decided to spend extra and go to the UPS store. The customer service was terrible, the store was filthy and it was overall, a very terrible experience. I will not go back. And the shipping and packing rates are ridiculously expensive- which would be somewhat acceptable if the level of service matched those expensive rates. read more

The customer service at this location was absolutely awful. I have been here multiple times, and I have never been treated particularly kindly. However, I went in today to return a package that had been taken to the lake and was defective. The package had a very small amount of water that was leaking out, which I fully understand is a reason for them to refuse the package. I respect that they are trying to keep other packages protected. However, I asked if I could purchase a new box to take the item home and repackage it and I was cut off and embarrassed in front of the other customers. After the woman that was "helping" me told me (in a very rude manner) that they could not take the package and ignored my request for help purchasing a new box, the man next to her left his customer to snap at me "get that off the counter now". Both continued having a conversation with each other and completely ignored my presence. I will go out of my way to NEVER visit this location again. read more

This store is wonderful. Super nice people and they really get the job done. My husband forgot his wedding ring at the hotel and the ups store went picked up and shippied it fast one less worry for me. I am glad i got the chance to turst someone who got the job done.
