I have sent tens of thousands of letters in my life and I think they lost maybe 2. If you compared this to the hassle of lost and misdirected emails, there is hardly any comparison for accuracy. Email is cheap and fast, but if you want a nice well done communication that can be most reliably received and archived, letter mail is hard to beat.
