Granted, you have to include the cost of mailing everything and run the risk of it getting lost in the mail, but to be honest, it's *well* worth it for the cost and the quality! I sent in a box of photos, separated by dividers and within envelopes, each labeled according to what they were. I received email communication indicating it had arrived and about a week and a half after they were received, I was emailed an invoice from the company for a very reasonable price (to give you an idea, it was at least $100 less than I'd budgeted/estimated for the project). They mailed out my box of pictures upon receiving my payment and sent me a tracking number in email so I could keep an eye on it. A few days later, I picked up my big box of images from the post office. Everything was as I'd sent it, plus two cases containing 3 dvds. Each dvd contained a batch of folders with names that were the same as what I had on the envelopes and dividers. As an added cute bonus, each of the discs had an image from one of the pictures printed onto it! Overall, I am super happy and impressed with my order. The price was far better than I was expecting, the service was amazing, and the quality of images are perfect. Now all I need to do is sort them out a bit more and tag them in my images program! Initially we used Instant Imprints for car magnets, and now have used them to wrap cars (which look outstanding), print folders, brochures, etc. We are looking forward to having them do Nike caps and dog frisbees with our logo in the future. David and Kelly Boyle have been AMAZING. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and our desires. Their work has been top notch (the magnets still look outstanding after a couple years and people all across town comment on the great Crockett Doodles car wraps) and surprisingly reasonable. I don't even need to check around any more because I know that Instant Imprints beats everyone's prices (and I'm an extremely frugal person). Just one example (of many): Instant Imprints the vehicle wraps in a timely manner, for very reasonable, and do a great job. After the vehicle is done, I always offer to come to the store to pick it up, but David Boyle insists on driving it to my home (or the home of the employee receiving the car). When he's come to my house, I offer him a ride back to his office, but he has already called an Uber so that he won't inconvenience me. Awful customer service at UPS store #0232 in Greer, SC…read more I shipped a birthday present to my nephew's daughter on Friday January 24th from this UPS store with a scheduled delivery by Saturday February 1st. My first red flag should have been why does it take eight days for a two pound package to get delivered to a city two hours away. I tracked the package online and it finally arrived to the post office in Fort Mill, SC at 5:56am on February 1st. So I assumed my present would be delivered that day or worst case by Monday. Package was not delivered on Saturday or Monday. I went to the UPS store on Tuesday February 4th where I shipped the package to get them to help me determine when my package would actually get delivered. They rudely told me that I would have to contact the post office since it's not their responsibility once it leaves their store. I told them that I shipped the package through them and not the post office and needed their help on my issue. Make a long story short they didn't try to help me. Bottom line if you need to ship a package do it from the post office since that is who you will need to deal with if your package doesn't arrive. I'm still scratching my head on what service this store really provides
