I ship out here almost daily. And have been using their services for over 13 years. Sometimes there can be lines but these can be sped up if you know what to do. I love that I can drop off my USPS stuff there as well to save time. Things to know: 1. USPS pre labeled packages can be dropped in the large bin on your right. 2. UPS pre labeled packages can be set on small counter to left of first register (if you don't need a receipt right away) 3. When you bring something in, make sure it is taped and ready to go. Check those Amazon returns. Requirements change, but it will say on the label. 4. Having a pre labeled item is so much faster than the QR code, so do this option if you can. 5. FedEx returns can go to Walgreens on the same road. read more

We stopped by the very busy UPS Store in Greer and they were lovely--same package, same box, just two pieces of tape needed, which they were happy to provide. First experience with shipping, some rare artwork, back to Atlanta, packaged it poorly and nearly cost the originals there standing. Art dealer was dismayed at how shoddily they were packaged. The owner assured me that he was going to package it properly, but did not in front of me, that will never happen again. I tried to come back there a second time to return an Amazon package today, owner apparently wouldn't take it back because it, although was packaged in its original box, he said it needed the Amazon box to appropriately send back. I know this is not the case because Amazon picks up from every UPS and put it on a truck. He just did not wanna go through the effort. I told him specifically I would never be back and that I tried them a second time but same lack of service. I was talking to another customer outside and he chased me away. It is a public parking lot where I can converse and complain if necessary about his store. I am writing this because he chased me off, although it was not his right to do so. If you're in the area, use another, UPS travel, as far as you can to stay away from this center. It's all about nickel and diming the customer or Amazon, or whomever for his own gain. I have been in a few times, the store hours are 8am-6pm. Do not count on the store being opened on time on any day of the week. The manager is always late, and rude regarding it. My other issue is Amazon returns, I'm aware return polices change all the time, however Amazon has not mentioned that clothing items needs to be placed in a bag to be returned. The horrible and rude manager notified me of this while I'm attempting to return some clothing items, and proceeded to argue with me regarding this "new policy" he could use a little lesson in customer service. I'm shocked hes still employed there. I wont be back. If you are looking for decent customer service, avoid at all costs. read more

Don't go here to get anything notarized!! There are many banks and other stores in the area that are better to go to. I had the WORST experience at this UPS store. I brought a package in on 6/28/23 around 12:00pm to be mailed to FL. It had golf clubs in the package. Later that day I tried to track the package & was told the label was made, but UPS was not in possession of the package. I called the store & was told to check it tomorrow. I did that and was told the same information. I called the store & explained what happened and they hung up on me. I tried calling back 4 times and no one answered the phone, so I drove back to the store. I spoke to the guy about this & he said he never spoke to me on the phone! They asked for my receipt to track the package and couldn't find out where it was. I called the police and when the police asked for the receipt, the employee said he didn't have it. He never gave it back to me so he had to print out a duplicate. I then went home and called the corporate office & spent over an hour on the phone before everything was straightened out. I will never use UPS again. These people are rude & untrustworthy. read more

Sorry, but there are a dozen reasons to choose another UPS store location, even if it's a little further of a drive. My experience should make that clear. I live in the center of downtown and since the UPS Store on Main Street closed, I wanted to find a new place to get a box (post office wont accept Fedex or UPS). I called the Augusta Rd location first, as it's relatively close to downtown and I like the area. The lady on the phone was abrupt to the point of sounding annoyed that I had a few questions about the costs and sizes, etc. I figured it was just a bad day so I tried again a week later, as I wasn't in a major rush. Again, next time I called, the phone was answered in a not so pleasant tone by a lady that wasn't very concerned with helping me with getting a box and instead it felt like I was at the DMV or Washington St Post Office. I ended up coming in to speak with a guy, who was helpful but WOW! do they have FEES out the A$$. All businesses are required to use a Medium Box - no smalls! Fee to start up a box = $20 Refundable fee for key=$10 Fee for access after hours=$25 No Free Months Promotions unless you spent $180 for a whole year. Cost for 6 months of business box $90+$20+$10+$25(if needed)=$145 No Thanks! Other Cons: 1. The store is small 2. It appears crowded based on my visit 3. Not very friendly staff outside of man who was courteous 4. Lots of fees 5. Augusta Rd traffic Luckily I was smart enough to shop around and instead drove to the East North UPS Store by Bilo. I walked in and the store was spacious with relaxing music and I was greeted kindly within seconds by a smiling face. There were no lines and the lady, Ashley, went out of her way to explain every step of the process. NO Start-up Fee :) NO Access Fee for After Hours :) Only $5 for my key :) AND I got 2 months Free for buying 6 months of service. Total Cost = $96 for 8 months of service and I get to enjoy getting my mail every day not dread it. Oh yeah, and they text you when your mail arrives which might be the case at Augusta Rd too. went in the UPS store today on Augusta Road. I had emailed a doctors order to have printed so I could take it to the Walgreens and the representative there was extremely rude and unpleasant to me. After printing my information from the computer he left my information up on the screen while there were people in line in the store that could see my personal information. So I walked over to the computer hit the X so my information was not visible to the public. He made a comment to me not to touch the computer and I said to him well then you should've minimized it so my Social Security number and all of my personal information would not be visible. He again rudely told me not to touch their computer. I again reminded him that my personal information was visible to all the customers. He told me not to come back into the store. I told him that this was not my neighborhood and I didn't need to come back into his store. I reminded him how rude he was to me the customer. clearly customer service is not his priority I stood there in line waiting to pay before the altercation even happened and he focused his attention on another customer who is already being help another representative. I can't believe I haven't written a review on the UPS Store yet. I have used their services nearly every week or two since I've been in Greenville and I have been nothing but pleased every time. The very friendly people who run the place are always chipper, ready to assist, and are extremely thorough with each item that is entrusted to them. They will even package your parcel(s) for you. Just the other day I went in there with a book and a hat, both loose in a shopping bag, and the nice woman behind the counter boxed them up for me, no problem (for a charge of course, but believe me convenience is worth paying a little extra for sometimes). The UPS people also take care not to smash the pretty bows on the gift wrapped items I often bring in from Moppets, a five-star children's shop just a few yards away (see review here on yelp if you'd like). Maybe packaging items for customers is standard operating procedure for UPS, but I still think it's a great thing. Another plus? I never have to wait very long to be helped. The people who work here are so swift and efficient, you really don't have to feel like you're wasting chunks of precious time just to send out a package (like I often do at the post office)! read more

I have used a lot of UPS stores in the GA and SC area due to my work requirements and I must say the customer service and at this store is the best I have received. They just worked with me to make sure my shipment was done rightly and that gave me a peace of mind. I highly recommend this ups store 2676 and with the other stores operate like this. We dropped a package on August 1 @ this store at 1 pm for Friday am delivery. Package never made it. After a call to both the UPS store and UPS customer service 1-800. Neither would take responsibility and could help find package. The girl working on Saturday was new and left to operate store Saturday but had no idea how to help. Said you had to wait until Monday for help. Based on this experience will never use this location UPS store and only UPS if forced to in future. read more
